They have a nice inventory of parts, add-ons, maintenance, and customization for almost any motorcycle. They also carry a nice line of helmets, clothing, and shoes. They carry good quality merchandise without the high costs of big name brands. This visit I had a specific item in mind to buy. I was greeted when I walked in and I proceeded directly back to the parts counter. There I showed a picture of what I was looking for to the employee. He walked over to a far wall and brought back to me the exact item I was wanting. You can sign up and for their "RPM" (Riders Preferred Membership) rewards for $39.99 a year and save 10% on almost all merchandise while also earning 5% RPM cash back on purchases (with some exclusions). Do yourself a favor and never buy street bike tires from JP cycles. According to the customer service representative I spoke to, they have no way of knowing how old the tires are that are on the shelf in the warehouse when they sell them to you. The representative told me that they sell the tires first in first out and that robots select the tires and package them and ship them out. They don't have any human beings working in their warehouse. They sent me a motorcycle tire that was manufactured in April 2024. Motorcycle tires only last 5 to 6 years before you have to replace them. So they're essentially sending me a tire that is over two years old and close to half of its life expectancy is already gone. The customer service representative that I spoke to gave me no other option but to set up a return and receive a refund. According to him, there's no way for them to check the warehouse to see the manufacture dates on the tires. This is extremely poor customer service and also a ripoff because you are buying old tires. read more

Ordered two tires for my Honda Navi, the second tire was the wrong brand, wrong wrong size, wrong tread type. Nothing was correct about it. I was massively inconvenienced by getting the wrong tire, and they refused to expedite ship it because it cost them too much money. Nothing was offered as compensation until on my second call I told them I would leave a review since they're doing nothing to compensate their mistake, then they said they'll offer an apology store credit ( which I refused because I will never order anything from them again ). If you "need" your tires or want good service, order from anywhere else cause they suck. Living near Daytona gives us an opportunity to go several times a year to J & P cycles instead of having to use the internet to make a purchase for my bike. The store is always clean, well stocked and the customer service is great. Buying from J & P gives you the opportunity to save money for motorcycle parts clothes and helmets compared to Harley Davidson which is right next store. Disappointed First-Time Buyer - Won't Be Back I recently made my first major purchase from JP Cycles--pipes, a Power Commander, and an air cleaner for my Harley. Was on a mid-week ride out along the coast and decided to stop in at J&P Cycles to see if they had a helmet that would fit me and that I liked. It has been a couple of years since I have been in this store, but it hasn't changed much. Things are still in pretty much the same place as before, though their selection of helmet brands has changed somewhat. They didn't really have what I was looking for in regards to helmets, but I did find a couple of other things that I thought were useful, so I picked them up. This business used to be a great one to interact with, but they've lost their way. I've been a gold club member since 2017 and starting in June of 2020 did a complete rebuild from the crank up of my 00 FXDWG. I've spent thousands of dollars in the past six months or so with them. Most recently I purchased a wiring harness which they sent prebroken, like being in the Corps right? It's an easy fix, send a new harness and I'll cut out the bad relay, wire in the new and return the defective part and unused parts as well... Anyhow, after four hours of calling, holding, transfering, sent to Kuryakyn, sent back to JPcycles, more holding, more transfering and finally a supervisor they refuse to send a new kit until I spend hours jacking up my bike, removing the rear wheel removing the entire harness (as opposed to the defective part) and sending the entire thing back to wait for it to be received at wich point they would send another, hopefully functioning harness. Meanwhile, I can spend a couple hours to reinstall my rear wheel so I can ride only to have to jack up the bike again remove the rear wheel again to install the new harness and reinstall the wheel for her a third time. All this inconvenience to me so that a gold club member from 2017 who has spent thousands of dollars this year alone doesn't short shift JPcycles by not returning the part that would probably cost them less than 40 bucks if I was indeed a person of low morals. This is why I will not renew my membership and will only buy from JPcycles as a last resort. read more

I purchased supposed chrome skull horn cover for my Harley Davidson. it was over $50. the web discription never mentioned it was flimsy plastic and it had to literally be taped to the horn. needless to say, I wasn't going to tape a cheap piece of plastic to my brand new Harley Davidson. Having ordered over the phone to limit my 3 year old's potential exposure to Covid, I go to the store at Destination Daytona. This review is for the store only, not the company. I had been assured by the representative on the phone I would just need to give the person at the check out counter my name and they'd be able to get my rear brake pads and I'd be on my way. Upon arrival I'm told I have to go to the back of the store... not a huge deal as it was pretty empty. My daughter is obviously upset... she wants to get down but as I don't want her to touch anything, this can't happen. She is upset and crying after a minute. 2 people at the counter, 1 is genuinely helping someone. The 2nd is having a political discussion that what I hear of starts with "Well I was raised in the south" and then gets quieter as I'm sure my head popped up. 15 minutes later I'm finally helped by someone (not clerks 1 or 2). He has to get someone else. Tells me I can't buy from the store like that and keeps scoffing while saying "phone orders". He tells me the brake pads are backlogged, even though both over the phone and online there were 2 listed in the store. Informs me that I have to cancel the phone order and that it's fine as payment isn't made until part is shipped. I explain the part was never going to ship, I was to pick up the item at the store. On and on.... eventually he calls and cancels the order. I have no way to confirm this and state this. He yells "phone order" and slams the brake pads behind the counter; his indication that I can't have them. So in short... one star read more

Mechanic called in sick, so I had to reschedule for the next Saturday. I was OK with that. My appointment comes around and they ordered the WRONG front tire. It is an hour one way from my house. Suck number 1. I really need a front tire. Returned tire and reordered...hopefully the right one...with no discount or anything...suck again...mind you it's an hour away...one way...new tire comes in and they call and leave a message and say the earliest appointment is a week away... this is where I am pissed..... until now i didn't say anything except stuff happens ...they were told I can do saturday...Saturday... they did not book the first available Saturday appointment now I have another week and a half to get my tire replaced...suck some more. I highly recommend NEVER buying anything that you expect to be installed by them. I can't wait to see what the manager says about this, my gues is "here...10% off your next purchase or some BS. When they didn't show, I called UPS and they explained there was a shipping delay because of the way the tires were packaged. I had to go pickup tires 2 days later. I have bought several items over the last 2 or 3 years. Usually good service but this time terrible. I went online and chatted with one of their Representatives and he told me that if I ordered today (a Monday) and purchased their Riders Plus package (~$60), my package would go out fast with expedited shipping. I asked the REP if the 2 day shipping meant getting it out their door and he said "No it will be to you in 2 days". I look up the tracking of my package today only to find out it's going to get here too late for a ride I have planned for this weekend. They took my $60 for the RPM membership too.
