When I returned for the second appointment, I was then told the repair would take 2-3 days. I explained that I couldn't be without a vehicle for that long, especially since the issue was supposed to be handled under warranty. I understand that parts can sometimes be delayed, but better communication and planning would make a big difference. The sales experience was great, but the service department definitely needs improvement when it comes to warranty repairs and scheduling.

Waited another week. They told me it was ready to pick up. I get there. They start the motor and it's leaking fuel. I finally just took my boat out of there without it running. The mechanic told me the fuel leak was from an 1100 $ non-serviceable part so I paid for that online come to find out that part wasn't even the problem. It was a broken fuel filter, which is around $20. These place is a con scheme. They will take advantage of you and if you don't double check or take pictures of your boat before you take it in or out of that place they will take advantage.

When driving them up there I wasn't thrilled with having to travel 60 miles one way to look at cars. We made the trip and they weren't too bad to find. They had an appointment which made our lives a bit easier as well. We got there a bit later in the afternoon and met with the salesman, Alan who showed us the vehicle in question. We checked the car out and took a test drive in it and then tried one other vehicle for comparison. After we were done, they settled on the first vehicle we checked out. Bear in mind that they were looking to buy a used car because of the pricing. Overall, the car seemed pretty good with new brakes and tires on it. There were some cosmetic issues, but that is to be expected on a vehicle that is over 10 years old. It was in much better shape than some of The other vehicles we have looked at. We went through the whole process of working on financing and arranging insurance and they took the car in the back to give it a final cleaning and once over. By the time we were finished, the dealership was actually closed. We went out with the salesman to get the car And ended up discovering a problem with the door locks. Period the salesman gave it a quick check and apologize for the issue. He offered to have them repair it, but we would have to either leave the vehicle or come back. We decided to take the vehicle and he set up an appointment With service for the following day. They took the vehicle back in the following day to have it checked out and found the problem. They had to order a part which meant the vehicle was gonna have to be brought back another time. They also found a couple of other Small items that they took care of. This can be frustrating for people, but having worked in automotive for so many years and understanding that this is a used vehicle. We work with them on it as they were being as helpful as they could. A couple of other trips had to be made back to the dealer to make sure everything else was in order and get the door locks fixed but now the car is in very good working order for its age. The kids have been very satisfied with it and it is performed very well for them. They have been very happy with The gas mileage that it gets because fuel has gotten so pricey again. If you were up in this area and needed a vehicle, I would definitely recommend Alan. He was very friendly and personable while also being professional in his job.
