Kelly, the patient care coordinator, set the tone for my whole experience. She was so welcoming and so available. I never once felt like a burden for asking questions -- and I asked a lot. Extremely frustrating experience with scheduling and appointment management…read more This office repeatedly sends appointment confirmations and asks patients to confirm multiple times, yet somehow still manages to change, reschedule, or double-book appointments. On several occasions, I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more before being seen. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind occasionally, but when this becomes a consistent pattern, it shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Many of us take time off work, arrange childcare, and adjust our schedules to make these appointments. The staff may be courteous, but the scheduling process is disorganized and unreliable. If you book an appointment here, be prepared for significant delays and the possibility that your confirmed appointment may not actually be honored as scheduled. I hope management takes a serious look at their scheduling practices because this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.
