Yesterday was my very last visit and I am now looking for a new practice. I saw Sara Monroe Royse, PA-C. She has zero chair-side manner, but one can sometimes get over that. I find it off-putting however. What led me to my decision to leave this business was her HUGE prescription mistake. Had I not researched the item, I seriously could have ended up hospitalized. It was a cream for my lips, and the warnings on the medicine clearly state to NOT use it on lips. And incidentally an RX for a skin rash (she had written the name down for me) was NEVER ordered. My pharmacy has no record of receiving the order. So I felt compelled to write this review and issue the warning: ALWAYS research your prescriptions before purchasing and using.
