UPDATE: Installers…read morearrived. Took 2 hours to install manual blackout shade and Sill, the piece for the bottom of the Shutter to give a finished look. While doing so, they removed the entire Shutter at least 2 times as I heard it crashing to the floor several times. (I do not know why they had to do this.). Paint on the sides was ripped off the walls together with pieces of my wall literally removed. And the Sill was damaged as its left side was broken off. When I asked them to leave when they were 'done', one installer refused to leave. I was overcharged for this Shutter and wasn't given what was promised and Shutter still needs adjusting and Sill needs to be replaced. FYI: I have never written a bad review in my life, until this nightmare experience with Diego/Quality Blinds Solutions.

We used the Yelp AI which helps connect you with companies in your area. There you can add some details about your project and your information is sent out. High Point Interiors was the first to reach out! They responded so quickly, it was great! They were very kind and answered a lot of our questions via chat messages through Yelp. Really made me feel comfortable with them which is very important. Once we decided to go along with the project, they did not hesitate in coming out and showing us what they offer. They also took their own measurements and gave us ideas of what would look and work better. (We needed the guidance) We were told it'll take about 7-10 days to get the supplies ordered but it was even quicker than that! My husband got the call that they were ready to come out and install the blinds right on day 7 and we couldn't believe it! They came out and installed the blinds very quickly. They were even kind enough to throw out the old ugly blinds we had. We opted for zebra blinds and they look GORGEOUS!! Really makes a world of difference aesthetically. They really did a heck of a job and the pricing is extremely reasonable. It was the best quote we got in between the companies we were suggested to. They require a 50% deposit so they can order the material. And you can pay with check, zelle, or credit card. The remainder of the balance is due at the end when the job is done. Very grateful for High Point Interiors and definitely recommend using them for all your window needs!

Luckily we found High Point Interiors and Gustavo immediately contacted us. Super nice guy and attentive and provide all the information we needed and made the experience exceptional. They are family owned and fairly new but they are doing things right. After we provided the measurements, they had a quick turnaround for providing a quote. Once we agreed, they came in to our apt to make final measurements. The level of detail was amazing. The provided all the different types of colors, materials and options. Once we signed the contract and provided a downpayment, they were supposed to start within a few weeks. But guess what? Within a few days I got a txt from Gustavo that they were really to install. Gustavo did work with us and provided all the options which best matched our financial situation. Once they arrived on installation day, they were true professionals. They removed all of the old brown blinds and installed the new zebra shades. Let me tell you, it changed the look of the apt 100 percent. So elegant. I will post pictures so you can see. Everything was installed quickly and in order. They took all the old materials away and left everything clean and were very respectful. Their pricing has great value. I highly recommend this company as they made us very happy. I'm already sending them to our family members. When Aries installed our blinds I was out of town visiting my brother who is suffering from a…read moresevere form of cancer. Since i was away I electronically sent Manny the balance naively believing he was a man of his word. When I arrived home I discovered the disaster installation of which I have posted the photos. There was cracks and holes in my walls that occurred during installation that they didn't even bother to fix. They caked the blinds and walls with caulking like a two year old in art class and to top it off half of the blinds weren't even flush with the walls. Since I'd already paid it was close to impossible to get in touch with Manny. They eventually corrected part problem but within a week the blinds began to fall out of the windows, the blackout channels began to break away from the drywall and it became evident that they never used the proper anchoring during installation. I had to pay a different company to come out and properly reinstall and repair the mess they made. There will most likely be a sharp response to this review so just in case I have posted pictures. Please, for your own peace of mind do not use this company. There are far better and truly professional options.
