The cleaners were very punctual, showed up on time, and very thorough with the cleaning. It was nice because they were also able to shampoo my carpets using a professional shampooer. They used ladders to get to high places and steamers to clean everything as well, cleaned the windows, I was very impressed. I had to leave to go to an appointment but they sent me photos when they were done. I think they must've worked at least 10 or 11 hours... And the total was $1395 before tip. It was going to be around $975 without the shampoo. I think that is such a fair price for all the work they did. Overall I definitely recommend these cleaners if you need to do a move out or house sale clean. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks!

I called them on as they had not showed up. They begged to let them come then which was too late for me, so arranged for the next day between 9 and 10. They showed up about 10:30. I walked them through the premises and indicated that they could skip cleaning the refrigerator and spend the extra time on the rest of the kitchen and on the bathroom shower. I reminded them that they had agreed cleaning inside of windows and window frames and baseboards. (All part of deep cleaning). I explained to them that the floor is laminate, not wood so they should not allow water to settle on it. I noticed a slight look of displeasure on the male's face but he did accept a caffecito. They declared themselves finished around 2. We walked through and I mentioned that the floor condition was not good. She tried to talk herself out of that. Anyhow I gave them a $10 tip. Later on, I check the cleaning results again and that's when I noticed all the things they had not done, and the floor was the so disappointing, it was worse than it had been before. I called them and explained my disappointment. She tried to argue with me and then say okay i'm working now but I will be there in 2 hours. I am floored about how fanatically cleaned my place is now. They charged me a very reasonable rate for 2x cleaners on an hourly basis. Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I have a collection of rather fragile and expensive books, having called that out they were most respectful and gentle with my favorite possessions. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. I keep my place neat, but am very good at not seeing dirt on things like walls / cabinets etc.. and genuinely I didn't notice how dirty my place was... until they came! I have gone on cleaning frenzies in the past, but I have never in my life existed in such a clean space. I am thrilled with how my space is now, the difference is night and day. I have to use them for regular cleaning if for no other reason than I had no idea it was possible to have my house so clean! Seriously... check these people out. They kick ass! After finding their pricing and services quite affordable, I spoke to their agent over the phone to provide our payment information. Then on the day of our booking their cleaner arrived and went to town! Luckily I was able to work from home that day so I could go about my business while the cleaner went about theirs. After about three hours or so they were done and the results were quite impressive for the amount we were charged. I got the standard service as opposed to the deep clean this time around since we didn't really need every room in the house cleaned. But next time we probably will do the deep cleaning to get that open house look. (With the deep cleaning comes an extra guaranty that if you're not satisfied they come to clean your house again for free.)
