I needed some cleaners to come do a deep clean within a couple days before putting my house on the market. Fortunately I was able to hire Urban Maid for a deep clean within 2 days. They're really responsive and came at 1030am as they mentioned. There were 3 cleaners and they were able to clean the house within 2.5 hours. I'm really happy with the work they did and I felt like it was a fair price ($550). It was an extra $25 I believe since we have two ovens but that was perfectly fine with us. FYI - Isle mentioned that her husband also does shampoo carpet cleaning if you need that for your house as well. Thanks! read more

Been using Urban Maid for over two years now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are absolutely first rate, have very competitive prices, completely professional, friendly, and effecient. I literally cannot ask for better service. They get done in less than two hours what would take me most of a day to do. Rates are based off of the square footage of the house, and standard cleaning entails: Bathroom: Cleaning of sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and mopping the floor (as well as general organizing if needed). Bedrooms: Full vacuuming, changing of bedding, dusting, sweeping/vacuuming hardwood floors, and organizing as needed. Kitchens: Cleaning of all surfaces, cleaning of microwave and toaster ovens, wiping down all sinks, cooking tops, and cabinets, and sweeping/mopping the floor. Living Rooms/Dining Rooms: Cleaning all surfaces, dusting, vacuuming all carpets, general organizing, sweeping/vacuuming hardwood floors as needed, and general organizing. Ilse is an absolute joy to work with, she is super flexible regarding scheduling, and even brings a few treats for the dogs from time to time. It's incredible that her and her team have such attention to detail yet can be so efficient and quick. Extremely professional, kind, and I cannot ask for more. I'd give 10/5 if I could. read more

Contacted Ilse back in June this year due to all the works we did not get to speak again until December. After 8 months of internal renovations the house needed a good clean top to bottom. Ilse was very competitive with price and turned up on time and got straight to work with her team of 3. My home is 3600 sq ft a lot of home to clean we also have a dog who's hair gets everywhere. After completion there was not a dog hair to be seen, all mill work and blinds were spotless. They are an amazing team who will not let you down. We had an phenomenal experience with Urban Maids. We had recently moved out of our rental, and required some cleaning prior to our final walk-through with the landlords. We are happy we decided to go with Urban Maids instead of attempting to clean ourselves. Urban Maids did such a great job. The 1000 sq foot home was spotless after only 2 hours of cleaning.
