Terrible. We came at 2:20pm today and saw a sign that the employee, Efrain, would be back at 2:30pm. We thought a 10 minute wait is not too bad. After 10 minutes, we called and he said that he would be back in 20 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes, we called again and he said he would be back in another 15 minutes. We asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. Please take other's time seriously, as our time is precious and we went out of our way to come to this store. Don't waste your time coming here, since they obviously don't value your time or business, nor customer service. By the way, we saw at least 3 groups of customers leave since the shop wasn't open at 2:30pm like it was supposed to. read more

He took his time walked us through the process of trying out the different mattresses, my husband and I both have different conditions along with different sleep positions and Chris was very helpful as " He said I do not sell mattresses, I sell you a Good night sleep" and he was 100% correct. After laying on a Ortho Doctor preferred mattresses, Beautyrest Black Series 1& 2 , and Beautyrest High performance mattresses which were all very comfortable, then he took us to lay on the Grand Daddy of all them all which was, "The Aireloom " Chris gave us a history lesson on the mattress along with explaining the quality of the fabrics and how the mattress is made and finally the content of layers for a great night's sleep. Chris explained that we should spend atleast 2 hours with him at the warehouse, trying out the different mattress and he was throurough in explaining every detail about the different mattresses along with observing our needs and asking questions, which was very important to my husband and I. Fast-forward to two toddlers becoming "big girls" and needing twin mattresses for their new "built-by-dad" bunk beds. Since we live in Downey, we started at the Ortho Mattress store there back in October. They had one in stock that we wanted. The "sleep specialist" there made sure this location had a second for us. Please stay away from this family owned business store! They are horrible, starting with the "general manager" Salvador Ochoa. They will charge you for everything and steal your money. Make research if you end up purchasing from here, but I do not recommend. I am surprised they are still in business considering their bad customer service. Great sales persons, but not so great when you need help. Son rateros. I saw a review where they say "just go to Costco they have better service" and I agree. Stay away from here. They will make your bedtime miserable. I wished I looked into their service before purchasing, now it seems that I'm stuck with the bed no matter what I do. Walked in, girl comes out and asked what we were looking for. We told her we were looking for a Cal King mattress and was told that we could check out the back row of the warehouse. She went back to her office and we looked around. Not knowing much about mattresses, we decided to go elsewhere to get a place with better customer service. Also, the mattresses were pretty pricey. A Cal King there will run you about $3-$5K, mattress only. Also, as we were walking out, we were given the snarky, "Well, we're the only ones that carry these mattresses. You won't find them anywhere else," as well as a gratuitous semi-eye roll. I told him what kind of bed I like and how much my back feels sore from my current mattress. Stay clear of this place I bought two mattresses one was very expensive about 2500 the other one was a twin for my son who weighs about 125 lbs paid 400 Had to return first one it started bulging and was going lopsided they approved the warranty but when I exchanged it didn't give me same credit as sticker price only what I actually paid which I haggled a lower price on the sticker. So mattress number 2 starts sinking and springs are coming through after only a year with a 10 yr warranty, the warranty company comes out and said he sank when he sat on it and clearly saw it was a bad mattress, my son couldn't sleep on it without Tons of blankets under him. I get a letter saying my claim was rejected because the body indentations weren't 1.5 inches only 1 inch was a bunch of bs! I am out about 1400 dollars and still paying for the exchange years later on the first one! Stick to Costco where they honor exchanges for you or read reviews online before you buy but don't go here!
