Back in October, we came by here not really expecting to find what we wanted for our toddlers. Instead, we left with two regular-sized twin mattresses. Came out to $351.98. No issues whatsoever. Josh B. was courteous and helpful. Not pushy at all and explained the warranties and no exchange/return policies very well. Our girls were able to try out a couple different mattresses for their new bunk beds. We left with one in stock and drove immediately over to Commerce for the second one. Our girls have always slept the whole night through since they were both 2-months-old (yes, I'm a very lucky mama), but now they are old enough to tell me that they STILL really love their mattresses. Thank you, Nadia, for handling business and not making things personal or difficult, and just getting it done. ________________________________________ Update #1: I'm dropping my rating to 1-star because of the "attack" against me from the company's representative after my review, and the lies he's now telling. Whatever happened to the customers always right, or just trying to make the customer happy. He could've just left it with "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding" or "Sorry for the confusion". Geez. Beware of this place. ________________________________________ This review is both positive and negative. Josh was great when my daughters and I went to purchase our mattresses. We got 3 sets totaling $2000. They offered free delivery and free removal of our old mattresses. Yay. Buying was a great experience. When the mattresses were delivered however, my daughter's beds were ridiculously high. With the beds they have, a box spring is not necessary. I was not home during delivery and got a call and picture and saw the beds were way too high for my daughters. I immediately called the store, and that's were my concerns began. I called within 20 minutes of the product delivery asking to return just the two box springs, and was told they don't accept used mattresses. THE PLASTIC IS STILL ON THE MATTRESSES. I didn't sleep on them and decide I don't want them. I was told if I returned them myself to the warehouse, with the plastic still intact, by 6pm the same day, I could get a refund. That's exactly what we did. My boyfriend got attitude as well when he went to the warehouse. At the store and the warehouse we were made to feel like they were doing us a favor. When Josh called to follow up on the issue the next day, I was told that it's "the law" not to accept the mattresses. In looking at "the law" that is not true. It's a store/company policy; they use "the law" to hide behind. It's totally at the discretion of the company. FYI - In reviewing mattress laws, I found out the law says retailers currently have to provide the option to have a used mattress picked up, at no additional cost, at the time a new mattress is delivered. Here is a little info from the State of California, Department of Justice, regarding returns and refunds: https://oag.ca.gov/consumers/general/refunds Again, to reiterate, the mattress was freshly delivered, and still in the plastic. Our call was made within 20 to 30 minutes of delivery. If you decide to shop here, just know that you probably CANNOT return anything, even if you haven't used it and it's still wrapped up. read more
