I expressed multiple times that I was worried about making the wrong choice. What ultimately gave me the confidence to move forward was being told that I had a 90-day comfort exchange if the mattress didn't end up working out. Unfortunately, what I was not told was that I needed to keep the large law tag that's attached to the top of the mattress (where you lie down) in order to qualify for that exchange and maintain the warranty. This was never mentioned during the sale, despite the amount of time we spent discussing my concerns about choosing the right mattress. Like many people, I removed the tag without thinking because I had no idea it was required. Now I'm stuck with a brand-new, very expensive mattress that is far too firm and causes me discomfort, and I'm unable to use the comfort exchange I was specifically relying on when making my purchase. Had I been told to leave the tag attached, I absolutely would have done so. I'm incredibly disappointed. A simple piece of information that would have taken seconds to mention has left me with an expensive purchase I can't exchange and a frustrating customer experience.

They have a system called bedmatch it takes a digital imprint of your body and matches you to a set of beds. It simplified a huge store into a few choices instead of the I don't know 50 beds that are in the store. She was an expert on why each bed was different and didn't try to steer us towards the most expensive models. Just was a guide to the process. Then came the financial part. We took the 36 month 0% option min down payment. Took about 10 minutes and we were approved. No big push for upgrades had options but nothing that a simple no didn't solve. No push back We were in and out in about an hour and that was on us. We weren't in a hurry. Now the delivery we had a window of 1-4 came at one they were finished at 1:05. It wasn't rushed just organized and efficient seriously took longer take the pictures than it did for the set up. They took the old mattress away and were off to the next delivery. Super nice I didn't catch their names but I couldn't be happier. Edwin I believe it was on the paperwork. Edwin and the other guy need a raise. Great job!! Very disappointing experience with Sit 'n Sleep and Beautyrest…read moreI purchased a Black Beautyrest mattress from Sit 'n Sleep and paid a significant amount of money for it. At the time of purchase, the salesperson asked me nothing about my bed frame or the type of support I had. Not one question. If the frame or slats were going to affect the warranty, that should have been explained when I bought the mattress--not after there was a problem. A few months later, we noticed the mattress beginning to collapse near the headboard. We rotated it to see if that would help, but over the next 10 months it only got worse. I contacted customer service and was initially told that because the mattress was on slats, they likely wouldn't approve a replacement. I pushed for an inspection, and thankfully they agreed. The assessor came out and said the mattress was clearly defective and was not constructed correctly, and that the issue had nothing to do with the bed slats. The other issue was that the paper label with the mattress information was missing. I honestly don't remember ever seeing it, and as far as I know, it wasn't there when we received the mattress. The assessor told me this happens all the time and didn't expect it to be an issue. Today, I followed up and was told my claim was denied for two reasons: the missing paper label and the fact that the mattress is on slats. I obviously pushed back because the salesperson had never asked me about the bed frame or explained that slats could affect the warranty, and their own assessor determined that the mattress was defective and improperly constructed. I spent a fortune on what is essentially a lemon, and instead of standing behind the product, Sit 'n Sleep is using technicalities to avoid taking responsibility. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service, but based on my experience so far, I'm not particularly hopeful. I've always purchased mattresses from Sit 'n Sleep and havent had an issue before. I expected much better from a company selling expensive mattresses. Very disappointing.
