It's funny to read some of the reviews from this place when it was Omni/spectrum. Especially about the front staff being rude. Their rudeness was legendary. I certainly hope they atill have those folks working that were constantly annoyed. However my review is nore about spectrum. On the off chance anyone is reading this and thinking about it. Don't!. Run right now. Crystal clinic is immensely better and they have an office in Green. Back in 2019 when I abd my knee done it was one kf the worst decisions medically of my life. I went in with some knee pain and met with my doc (Shepard). He told me he was going to "clean up" the knee. I asked him if we should get an MRI and he said mine from 3 years ago was "recent enough". Big surprise when he had me under he discovered that I needed more so he decided to give me microfracture surgery. Although that's questionable I guess within his rights to give me a questionable surgery to try to help my knee. Although I like to think it would have been nice to you know actually discuss what possible outcomes there would be. Then my orrders home were a nonchalant "don't walk on it too much". No pain pills and no PT. Later that evening the pain hit. I had to beg spectrum for both pain pills and PT. They gave me oain lills for 5 days and I had to beg for more. The fact that they didn't order PT, give me any pain pills and also the fact that they were so nonchalant about my health upsets me to this day. Do not use this place. read more

This is an update in Jan 2024. In 2023 I had both knees replaced 8 mo apart. Everything went great. My surgeon Dr Stonestreet was very easy to discuss issues with. He was fully present in our appointments together. Wait time in the lobby is still only a few minutes. Calls by his staff are always promptly responded to. Their Oasis surgical center is amazing. Stay away from Omni Express. The regular  doctors and physical therapists are great, caring, professional and knowledgeable. The Express PA Ashley was dismissive, perfunctory, and had that "get it over with as quick as possible " attitude. She did the physical exam in perhaps 25 seconds flat and basically said we can do nothing for you if you don't want a steroid. As a 67 year old retired librarian with grandchildren and a blind husband I did not appreciate being treated like a drug seeker. I might have been more tolerant of her , but she was just plain MEAN, something I won't abide with in medical personnel. Staff is incredibly rude. A nurse repeatedly insulted me and then threatened to deny me service after I asked her to stop. They repeatedly called me a liar and an idiot after I told them I was given wrong expectations about time frames despite the documentation they printed showing exactly the info I was telling them. Went to a different doctor afterward and was actually given care within a few days and I am finally on the mend. read more

The doctors and medical staff there were great. Absolutely no complaints there. HOWEVER...the office staff and their billing practices are an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with!! They asked for a $250 deposit when we got there for an MRI, which is normal and not a big deal at all. The problem was that I asked for a receipt. They could not, or would not, give me one. Office supervisor, or whomever dealt with was VERY nasty, and came up with a million lame excuses why she couldn't give me a receipt while I was there. Weird and annoying, but whatever. Not the big problem here either. The big issue is that because of the way they coded the payment (per medical mutual) it did not get applied to our deductible. Spoke with their billing person who was friendly, but then continued to defend how they coded this, and said that I needed to speak with a medical mutual supervisor, even though I had just gotten off the phone with them, and they told me I had to have Omni recode this and resend. It did not change how much we owed to Omni, which is all the woman on the phone really cared about. However, it affected us, as it will cost us another $200+ out of pocket, which she just couldn't ...or wouldn't care to understand. We have been to other orthopedic places in the past, and only went here because of a schedule opening. Again, doctors were fine, but the office staff is THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Go somewhere else, as the care will be the same , but you won't have to put up with the attitudes, treatment, and billing issues. If management is reading this, get rid of some of your office staff and you will have a great facility. Apparently, if you read other reviews, I'm not the only one that has received similar experience with their billing and office staff. Dr. Cecil was very unprofessional,he said my back problems were because I'm fat,and that I'm gonna have these problems for the rest of my life. I have bulging discs that are close to pinching my spinal cord,pinched nerves all up and down my back that affect my legs,arms and hands. I have 2 MRIs and 2 X-rays that were taken months apart and a bunch of paper work to prove that I have these problems,I was even hospitalized because of my back for being in so much pain. I have been dealing with these problems for years and they're only getting worse,all in all the staff were friendly but Dr. Cecil was an ass would not recommend him. read more

I had foot surgery. The surgery went well. The staff is friendly, punctual, informative, etc. However, my insurance was billed for follow-up x-rays that I felt should have been included in my normal "follow-up". If they were not, I should have been given an option of having them taken. My insurance must have agreed because they didn't pay the bill, so guess who did. I would advise people to question what is included in the up front fee they require to avoid surprises months later. The financial person pretty much brushed off my concerns and said the paid follow-up was for 90 days and my appointment was at day 97. They adjusted the fee down by $50. read more

I gave 4 stars because the girl at check-in was really friendly, as was the nurse, Ashley, and Dr. Klimo was very informative and pleasant to speak with! Overall, for a doctor appointment, my experience went as well as could be expected. HOWEVER, LORI, at the check out window was beyond rude, and must be living her own hell, as I've never encountered someone so rude and condescending as this demon of a human being! If you are having a good day, don't try to go to her window- the rest of your day will be ruined for sure! As I wasn't sure if I needed to check with someone before I left, and last I checked, I was a paying customer/patient, her lack of even looking up to give me a "just a sec" finger, or say "I'll be right with you" was just plain rude and nasty! And then for her to speak to me like I was a toddler, was the topper! If she is great at paperwork, or can do something that would keep her away from customers, I suggest moving her there, or moving her to the unemployment line! What a horrible exit experience!
