It's funny to read some of the reviews from this place when it was Omni/spectrum. Especially about…read morethe front staff being rude. Their rudeness was legendary. I certainly hope they atill have those folks working that were constantly annoyed. However my review is nore about spectrum. On the off chance anyone is reading this and thinking about it. Don't!. Run right now. Crystal clinic is immensely better and they have an office in Green. Back in 2019 when I abd my knee done it was one kf the worst decisions medically of my life. I went in with some knee pain and met with my doc (Shepard). He told me he was going to "clean up" the knee. I asked him if we should get an MRI and he said mine from 3 years ago was "recent enough". Big surprise when he had me under he discovered that I needed more so he decided to give me microfracture surgery. Although that's questionable I guess within his rights to give me a questionable surgery to try to help my knee. Although I like to think it would have been nice to you know actually discuss what possible outcomes there would be. Then my orrders home were a nonchalant "don't walk on it too much". No pain pills and no PT. Later that evening the pain hit. I had to beg spectrum for both pain pills and PT. They gave me oain lills for 5 days and I had to beg for more. The fact that they didn't order PT, give me any pain pills and also the fact that they were so nonchalant about my health upsets me to this day. Do not use this place.

He was fully present in our appointments together. Wait time in the lobby is still only a few minutes. Calls by his staff are always promptly responded to. Their Oasis surgical center is amazing. After care was great and if additional pain meds were needed the staff promptly responded. Couldn't be happier with this facility and Dr.

I felt the need to post a review after yesterday's experience with Crystal Clinic Physical Therapy…read morein their Kent office. This was my second time to use their PT services at the Kent location. First time was pretty good , however the staff taking information was semi-rude. Yesterdays experience was terrible. I arrived on time for my appointment signed into the kiosk to check in. It said I needed paper work filled out even though I had had given them all this information before I guess routine paperwork every time. I walked to the window and the two ladies standing their sharply said, "did you sign in?" I replied I did but it says I need to complete paperwork. The two ladies replied, "We are working on something sit down and we will call you when we are done." I sat down waited 15 minutes and then they called me to the window it took another 15 minutes to complete and sign all paperwork. They said sit down and I will let the PT know you are here. By the time the PT was ready for me Chelsi she had spoke to the office lady and the office lady came out to inform me I was 45 minutes late and the PT could not take me. Well at this point I was angry because due to being asked to sit down and wait until the ladies completed their project and then do paperwork that is what caused the 45 or at least 40 minute delay. The PT walked through an open door glaring at me as if it was my fault. It was not it was the ladies that delayed due to their rude response that they were working on something. Even another patient sitting in the waiting room who watched the whole episode said as I was walking out, " you were on time." I replied yes I was and this was annoying and unacceptable. Today I cancelled all PT's I had scheduled. I will call my doctor get a new order and go to AGMC PT where in the past I had a great experience. There are many young and elderly patients that are in pain and to make someone come back and not take them is so wrong and as I said unacceptable and unprofessional since it was not my fault. Doc's have been great! The PT staff and office help at this office were terrible.
