She couldn't remove everything, so didn't charge me for the procedure. It was clear Forefront cares primarily for patient satisfaction and care rather than getting people in and out. From my past experiences in seeing a new doctor for the first time, it's basically customary that they really should take a little extra time with you to get to know you and develop some kind of a doctor/patient relationship. They utilize a highly unprofessional billing system that sends "fake-looking" texts rather than standard mail or email--a method I never opted into. When I didn't respond to these suspicious texts, they charged a $50 late fee and, despite me paying the fee, they still cut off my prescriptions. I spoke with the billing department, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. It is a shame to have to leave a talented doctor, but the "scammy" nature of their billing office makes it impossible to remain a patient here. If you value clear communication and reliable access to your medication, look elsewhere.
