I spoke with someone on Tuesday, August 18th to get 3 MRIs scheduled for today, Monday August 24th. I took my prescribed sedative, walked in, and they told me I didnt have an appointment. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to call scheduling in the morning to figure it out. Never in my life have I experienced something like that. Absolutely ridiculous. Went in for an MRI this morning at 745am and after completing some paperwork was called in for MRI within 15 minutes after arrival. Front desk representative was helpful and pleasant ... even a little funny. Technician was also helpful and friendly. Over all a pleasant experience considering getting an MRI is not pleasant. Between their schedulers and the ordering Dr it was impossible to get scheduled. I was hung up on twice, the third time I called I emailed my Oder to the individual and was never contacted to schedule my appointment. The schedulers were rude and unhelpful. It's unfortunate, this was my preferred place to have imaging done. So now I'm driving to Fort Wayne for a ct. they had no issues getting me scheduled. I'm so over the medical field as a whole. It is never great to be told to get an x-ray, but if that is needed I can highly recommend this location. They take appointments as well as walk-ins (Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 4 pm). I was greeted by a very friendly tech who helped get me situated and clarified any billing or admin questions that I had. After a short wait and some paperwork I was called back to get an x-ray. The waiting area is peaceful and calm with a TV but no sound which I found better actually to keep things quiet. There are plenty of spots for seating both single areas and for those with friends along to help. The tech was very kind and went above and beyond in explaining things to me as well as showing me what would take place. I had used their services before so knew a few of the procedures, but it was still very comforting. After the x-rays she also let me see the results and answered any questions she could. She said the Dr and those reading them would be able to tell me everything, but I so appreciated being able to see them for myself. It helped know a bit more what was going on and alleviate some of my concerns. It was a fast and not very pricey service considering I was doing self-pay, and I will for sure be going back for any needed services to them. I felt like I wasn't being heard, and that the tech was questioning while I was there. Don't throw your personal opinion into the mix when I'm simply there trying to get answers as to why I'm feeling the way I feel. Don't make me feel like how I'm feeling isn't valid. Strapped down in a position that was painful. Inside machine, after repeatedly asking how much longer and not getting an answer, after 25 minutes, had to be pulled out due to pain. My daughter had to go in for a CT scan today. Sadly she has a severe form of trypanophobia - fear of needles. She gets nauseous, shakes, and passes out. So, needless to say simple procedures cause a bit of stress. Luckily the ladies listened to me when I pulled them aside and told them of past experiences. I had a Rx for a CT scan & wanted to get in before the end of the year. They scheduled my appt for 7:40 pm on a Monday night near the end of Dec. I have high anxiety for these types of things & was very stressed from the time I scheduled the appt to the day of. I was called about 5 pm to advise that they had contacted my physician's office requesting records 3 times & never heard back. They called me 30 minutes before the insurance office closed. Why they wouldn't contact me & get me involved is completely beyond me. Most patients have access to their healthcare network & can get their own records which I was able to do but it was too late to get insurance approval. Not okay. I didn't reschedule because of my anxiety about the appt & having to go through all of that again & I needed to get it in before my followup. On top of all of this, when I contacted my physician's office they advised that they did send my records, not once but twice & could prove it. The next day I sent an email to Rayus expressing my awful experience & I never received a response which tells me one of two things, either the person who I was dealing with received the email ignored it or the company just truly does not care about the patients. I never do a negative review but I did try to contact the company to no avail & want to warn others & this point. I work in healthcare & would never treat our patients so poorly. read more

No one has picked up the phone at any time of the day I've called (I did check business hours) and when I left voicemails, no one called me back, despite me leaving a call back number. I would give 5 stars to the Greenwood location for my experience having two MRI/MRAs. They were also very quick in reading the results and then getting them to the doctor. Unfortunately for me, my diagnosis is a brain tumor. I am anxious to get in front of a neurosurgeon to understand my future and possibilities for treatment. In order to see the neurosurgeon, I needed my images sent to him or to me. On Monday July 8, 2024, I called to request the images be sent to the surgeon. After hanging up, I realized that it would probably be best for the images to come to me and have me take them to the doctor to avoid them getting lost in the mail. Note that between the time of the first MRI in March and the second in June, I relocated to Philadelphia. I asked a friend to go the Greenwood location to pick up the disc and overnight it to me. Upon arrival at Greenwood, she was told the images had already been put in the mail by the east side office, and they would not make a second copy. I waited. I waited until Wednesday July 10 and still had not received the disc. I called Rayus. The individual I spoke to looked at my record and said she needed to call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. I have a brain tumor; I will be dead before she calls back. The next day, I called again. Again, the individual looked at my record and said she would need to call me back. Still waiting for her to call me too. Called again that same day. A very helpful individual agreed to re-send the discs. Still waiting for those to arrive too and it's 22 July. Finally on Thursday July 18, I sent yet another friend, to the office in Carmel. She collected the disc and took it to UPS to overnight to me. (remember that big snafu that shutdown the airlines? My discs were in transit. I can't catch a break). The expense to overnight discs? $100. RIDICULOUS!! Those discs were delivered to me by noon on Friday July 19, and I was able to hand deliver them to the neurosurgeon in preparation for my appointment this week. THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS ABSURD. GROSS INCOMPETENCE AND NEGILENCE ON THE PART OF RAYUS. TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT. If you need your images sent anywhere, take them in your own hands and carry them to the provider. DO NOT TRUST the fools working in the office. These are the same people, who cashed the check for my payment then sent me six statements and called for three times to request payment because they failed to POST THE PAYMENT TO THEIR OWN ACCOUNTING SYSTEM. If you can avoid going here, do so! INCOMPETENT STAFF!!! I had an appointment set up for a CT scan, I was never called to confirm the appointment. I showed up regardless because I want to get everything done ASAP and rule out serious issues, it was then that I was informed that I was supposed to have an empty stomach to get the scan done. That I should have been called and informed of this. I explained I was not and they confirmed they didn't have a record of calling me. They won't accommodate a later appointment the same day even though it was their incompetence. I need the scan done for a procedure I had scheduled the next morning which is a hard appointment to get. Now I'm Having to reschedule the procedure weeks out and have no child care. This location has had some staff turn-over. The staff that is in place now are top-notch. Radiologists have great bed-side manner and the Techs are professional, friendly and compassionate. You can tell that they try very hard to keep appts. on time and they respect the patients time. And, CDI is so affordable! They can beat most imaging prices that the hospitals charge. read more

Everything from calling to schedule the appointment, to arrival, to my son being taken back for X-rays was seamless. The staff was competent, professional, and kind. The radiologist and staff were attentive, thorough, and genuinely concerned with helping my son. We waited no more than 5 minutes to be taken back, and once we were taken back, it was barely a 5 minute wait. I received a call from my Doctor that evening with the results of the X-rays. I had my first and likely only anatomy ultrasound of my life yesterday. I felt sad going into it knowing that my husband and (step) daughters weren't allowed to attend due to COVID-19. Tammy did the ultrasound and was so kind and patient with me. She took time to talk with me and let me cry but also did an excellent job of explaining what I was seeing on my sweet little girl. Wait was ridiculous. We were the only people in the waiting area for over almost an hour before we were finally taken back for MRI. Not sure why we were told to arrive so early? Why have a scheduled appointment if it's an hour before they bring you in. Very slow and very inefficient, I've been to other imaging places where we were in and out in 30 minutes, for some reason here it takes forever - well over 2 hours. The Greenwood CDI is in the red brick building that faces County Line Road (the north side). Suite D is on the west end of that building. The signs have cramped, small lettering that is difficult to read from a vehicle. However, once I found it, I was treated very professionally in a friendly and accommodating manner. It is probably wise to leave all the metals you are wearing in your car. An MRI is an MRI and that is that. But the staff make the experience as pleasant as they can. read more

Because of claustrophobia, after trying the regular MRI in Greenwood, I went to Bloomington to do the open MRI and finally had the MRI in Greenwood under sedation. Because of this, I talked with many of the staff in Greenwood as well as Bloomington. In all three visits and numerous phone calls, all of the personnel was wonderful. They were professional, informative and helpful. I have never had a problem with any medical procedure before and felt like a failure when I had problems with an MRI. Their understanding and patience helped me in this situation. I would strongly recommend either of these facilities to anyone. read more

I got 2 CT's & 4 MRI's. Everyone working there was professional, friendly and careful with me in my painful condition. My only suggestion would be to have perhaps a mobile grab bar or something to help a less mobile person on or off the beds of the equipment. I was able to get in, the same day, that my doctor ordered the 2 x-rays. They sent pre-register info directly to my email, which saved time at the location. I waited less than 15 min to be taken back. The man that took care of me was very professional and had a nice demeanor. He explained how and when the x-rays would be read and what I could expect after that. I was very pleased with my visit and the service I received.
