I was still having a hair growth in all the hair with very very minimal thinning in any of the areas. When I the receptionist asked me about my treatments I told her that I did not have the results I was wanting. She told me the nurse was not in and gave me a number to text and to include pictures of the hair growth, a few days later I texted the number including pictures. I never heard anything back. I called the store a few days later and again the nurse was not available and they would reach out. I called the store three times and each time no nurse or anyone higher than the receptionist returned my call. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this store. They called me the day before an appointment asking me to reschedule because there was no nurses available. Once after a visit I could not schedule an appointment for my next visit because there was no receptionist there only the nurse.

I addressed my needs to the practitioner and they have only done injections for a year. The work done wasn't great at all. When I asked for a refund I was told no. Which is frustrating because ,not only did I pay for the product I paid for the expertise of the injector. At one point she asked if it was enough on one side , leaving an unbalanced look. I do have fuller lips but I wanted more definition and ,fullness now it just looks like a blob. Please hire injectors with more experience . Honestly , Laser Away is the European wax of the beauty world . I've gotten service at the navy yard location and it was exceptional the providers were thorough and I knew what to expect. I have long wished to have the lower stomach tattoo removed and finally got the courage up to visit Laser and Light Surgery Center and do just that! I love that their website had a lot of information about the removal process. I also enjoyed that the price was listed as well as what to expect during and after the procedure. On the day of, I entered the office and was nervous. The receptionist that greeted me was really nice. It was only a short wait until I saw the gentleman that performs the procedure. He confirmed the price that their website states, a tattoo like mine would cost $100 per treatment and may take 7 or 8 treatments. He was very patient with me as I was hesitant to let the laser touch me but wanted the procedure. He used 2 lasers on me, one for colored ink and one for black ink. I had heard that the procedure was way more painful than getting a tattoo however I found it to be less so. Three weeks after my first treatment and my tattoo is already much lighter than it was. I am quite happy with my experience!

I am a V on the Fitzpatrick scale. I called a week prior to my appointment to express my concerns and actually had the opportunity to speak witht the owner. Upon my arrival, there were clip boards with ceramic name plates so you knew which one was yours. I personally thought that was a cute touch. I was greeted immediately and was offered something to drink. They had waters, coffee, and sodas. I had several papers to fill out due to it being my first time. After completeing all my paper work, the owner came out and actually spoke to me and asked if I was who she talked to. She told me Jamie would be the the one to do my procedure, and again ensured me that I would be in good hands. Visually, this place is appealing to the eye. Their decor was amazing. They had a candle out with a sign saying which scent was being burnt. This place does all kind of things such as facials and massages. During my consultation, Jamie explained to me how the laser worked in great detail and had lots of visual aids. She also showed me before, during, and after photos of people that had gone through the tattoo removal process. She also included some of people of color. She legit answered every question I had and was very patient. Initially I did not plan to have it done that day and was only going for the consultation, but she made me feel very at ease about doing it. SO I DID IT!!! The laser part took literally less than 5 minutes. She also allowed me breaks whenever I asked for them or would break when she could see my body getting tight.
