They were VERY slow and when I was there one of the staff was having some sorta breakdown and fighting with another staff member.

I saw Dr Dass he took great care of me, I don't need wrist surgery he gave me a shot around the tendon already feels better

Absolutely unprofessional. After 6 months of waiting for an appointment for my scoliosis I get a call the DAY beforehand to cancel. Never recieved the return call to reschedule and they wouldn't provide explanation. As I call they tell me they don't even have a back specialist. As seen on their website, months later, they are still falsely advertising services the do NOT provide. Keeping my family from gaining income due to reinjuring my spine over and over during the wait, and now during them blocking me on Facebook and not helping at all. This is illegal and an FTC complaint will be filed. But I want the public to know they do not care, they will not honor their word, their services are not what they appear or are explained as, they will not reschedule you. Sprained my ankle BADLY 3 months ago. waited for an MRI for a month. (i had 2 tears in my cfl and atfl) my PA had left the practice so when i came back i saw someone else. was recommended physical therapy for a month (LOVE the amazing people at PT) they could see nothing was improving and i was in pain. i went back and saw Jake he was arrogant and told me "if the brace hurts, take it off. if you're in pain take more pain meds. do more physical therapy." i said i had 2 tears and he goes "we don't know the severity. every sprain is a tear." he tested my stability which was not stable at all as i felt my ankle click and couldn't push his hand away with my foot and he goes "completely stable. but if you absolutely want to see someone you'll see dr. Mosier" i said absolutely not she has messed up on so many surgeries of people i know. he said "well she's your only option and she probably wouldn't do anything anyways." it was going to take another month to even see her. so i called around and eventually got a second opinion with DR Ostrander the next week AFTER being told he wouldn't see me because he's "trauma only" and he took one look at my ankle and did a stability test and goes. "yep you need surgery" DR Ostrander did an amazing job he got me in the next week, i am having 0 pain due to his amazing work and making sure i got what i needed before surgery. thank you to Dr Ostrander and his amazing team for treating me so well and getting the job done. turns out my ATFL was COMPLETELY torn and my CFL was so stringy they had to do a reconstruction and internal braces. so again thank you to DR Ostrander. and please don't waste your time seeing Jake. read more

Went to the ortho clinic with my husband 66 years old twisted his knee and started swelling 3 times the size iced over night , went to the orthopedic clinic at 11am opens at 12 noon we knew that but we would be first ! Checked in the girl at the seat had an attitude we can't se him if he has been seen by another doctor so after she helped 14 people in line after us she said they decided they could see my husband at 1pm so another hour wait! Because the PA that can help him starts at 1pm but the open at 12 noon. She said what are you going to do well tell me she said are you staying or what! Although I absolutely love the care I received from dr Telehowski. He is a compassionate and caring doctor that show genuine care for his patients. He knew how long I had suffered with a knee injury and watched the decline in my ability to preform day to day tasks and was finally able to preform knee replacements which I thought would give me a higher quality of life. But a car accident a year later changed all of that and I found myself back in his office (with authorization from my auto insurance) I was humiliated and turned away by the office staff over a past due balance even though I was unable to work due to the accident and this visit was covered by the auto insurance. With comments such as "well you need to pay your bills". Not taking into consideration what I had recently been through. Not only did she say this but she said it in font of a full waiting room as I was trying to make my way up to the desk. That was in September 2025. Their billing system is not working properly so I recently had to go in there to pick up a copy of my statement which I had to do with my 2 year old granddaughter who was throwing a fit. Since my knee is only getting worse at this point and I'm falling constantly I could not pick her up and carry her. In the process of trying to get out of there with a child that refused to stand up and walk I once again fell. When I stood up I find this same office worker smiling to the point of laughter at my struggle. In my opinion she should never be allowed to work in a public setting. To have a disease such has her in front of some of the best doctors I've ever encountered is disgusting. Her blatant disregard for patients cast a negative cloud over not only the doctors but the other staff that actually care for the work they do and the patients seeking relief and answers. read more

I bring my mom here and its sad to see it declining. The office staff at the front desk are really rude. They act like a simple question is such an inconvenience to them. Every time we come they roll their eyes or sigh when they talk to you. no one smiles! I will say the providers and assistants are good, but you really think they'd try to have better people at the front desk. The only girls that were nice at checking out are gone! read more

Good god. This place is terrible. Call weeks ago and make an appointment as I have severe back pain radiating from my hip. Morning before my appointment I get an automated call to confirm my appointment. Later in the afternoon I get another call from a live person telling me they are canceling my appointment for the following day. Next available appointment is 50 days out. Steer clear. read more

ortho Michigan is awful. Staff is rude & SLOW!! Didn't even get called to the desk until 15 minutes after our actual appointment. Then needed x-rays so got hearded to another waiting area. To sit & wait another 30 minutes. So far 50 minutes past our appointment time. So who knows when we'll actually see the doctor read more

Doctor sardelli refused to fix my torn acl when I was still having trouble walking. He was very rude and didn't seem to care about me as a patient. He said my pain and buckling of the knee would go away. He was wrong and still refused to fix it. So I had to seek out another orthopedic clinic and had surgery last week. I would no recommend this place to anyone. Especially him. He needs to stop practicing. I look at it as a blessing in disguise that he didn't do my surgery now after hearing stories about him and experiences with him in person. The walk in clinic is arrogant and disrespectful of the patients - on day we went over 35 people were online at the start of the 2 hour walk in clinic. We tried to make an appointment and we're told the walk in is the only way. No one in line had urgent issues, all could have come at scheduled time. Instead are treated like patients don't matter - come wait for hours because the clinic doesn't want to manage a schedule. No modern options like mobile check in or text alerts to wait time are available - instead patients have to sit in a crowded waiting room for hours. Over half in the waiting area are without masks during high flu period. None of staff wearing mask. Arrogant, unsafe, lack of common scheduling tools. do not go here if you are working with any kind of disability claims, it has taken them over 3 weeks just to finish a office visit note, I've been off work for a month and a half now and my claim with disability has ended 2x because ortho Michigan has missed the deadline for medical information. on top of that the medical record lady made me come up on a day I didn't have an appointment, (keep in mind I'm in a cast up to my knee) she told me I needed to fill out a release of information for them to fax it to metlife, even tho I have already one out...and then just got off the phone and met life still has not sent over any medical documents...now I'm waiting 2 hours after my appointment for medical records to get here, so I can t lol her again that I need her to fax my medical info.....on top of that trouble when I got my first and second cast they did a horrible job, it was so thin I could bend the cast, and it was so big I could fit my entire hand in it! The ortho clinic is also gross, they made me sit on a bench with someone else's cast dust still on it, they just pulled a piece of paper over it and said you can sit here, 0/10 would recommend read more

I broke my leg on Friday after business hours memorial day weekend. I had to wait until Tuesday to get into ortho Michigan due to the holiday three day weekend. I called Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM and they were able to get me in right away. They took x-rays and realized that my leg was broken in two places. Nathan Arnold PA-C,Miya and Kathy took care of me. I had something wrong with my knee and was recommended to this clinic for treatment. Had an xray and the dr walked in saying i needed a new knee. didn't show me the xray and no shots were offered until i suggested it. shots did not help so i sought another opinion and guess what? I don't need a new knee. I got to see my xrays at the new dr and my knees are still viable but i do have a torn meniscus. Got to say the PA Jacob was good but obviously the dr Telahowski needed a new boat. read more

They refused me service because the orders on my discharge papers from the hospital recommended a different doctor. I do NOT need a referral from my insurance. I can choose whoever I want. I don't understand how a Dr who has seen you once can state their opinion is gospel. You don't know me and what I am capable of. Do not go to their walk in clinc. If I could rate it negative I would. You will be much better suited going to an ER. There is a good chance you won't be seen by a doctor you will be seen by a PA. The PA we dealt with was rude, unprofessional, and judging by what an actual doctor told us can't read an x-ray. Our son got an x-ray done at this clinic when this PA walked in the room he introduced himself and shook our hands. He then looked at our son's arm and said, "Fuck, this is the worst case scenario. I am telling you right now this is the kind of a case CPS likes to investigate." He then went on to lecture us about how our son broke his elbow, we left it broken, and now it had healed incorrectly. Had I known at the time that he wasn't a doctor I would have politely cussed him out on the way out the door. I asked him how old the break was. He didn't know but he knew enough to accuse us of neglect. The one semi-professional thing this PA did was recommend we go see a specialist which we did today. Our son did not break his elbow he has a congenital radial head dislocation. He was born with it and it's becoming an issue now because he's maturing. Apparently they didn't teach this or teach getting an actual doctor to read an x-ray before accusing parents of neglect at whatever quack school this PA went to.
