I had no issues with the X-ray tech or the PA who I saw. I thought they were very professional and knowledgable. Reception, however, is a disaster. First, there is nothing preventing the whole lobby from hearing everything you discuss with the receptionist. The seating area is very close to the reception window. I felt very uncomfortable with so many people listening (whether they had bad intentions or not). Next, on both occasions, the receptionist seemed like I was truly inconveniencing her by being there. Rude, short, loud. No "please" or "thank you's." I just really didn't appreciate it. There was no concept of customer service at all.

Recently saw Dr. Buchan for hand issue and he was excellent! Very thorough and explained what was…read moregoing on with my hand and tendons and advised of treatment plan. I had a referral from my orthopedic doctor to get therapy so I can get back to work. They called…read moreimmediately and told me they can not treat me. Their reason is that it could be workers comp and therefore won't treat me, EVEN IF I PAY CASH. Workers Comp denied me. They still refuse to treat me!! Patients have NO rights. They said the referral has to come from WC not the SURGEON that did my surgery. I am beyond frustrated. I just need this so I can return to work safely. Shame on you "Ortho Sports PT".

I was seen at the office in Mary Esther I'm a senior citizen and was treated there for a broken…read morearm. The doctors were great the front desk people were wonderful. They worked me in to see the doctors. However I had some scheduling problems. I miss my first appointment. The girl who called called me to tell me I had missed my appointment was very irritated with me. Not nice at all and unlike any other care I'd had at this office. I was scheduled to have my cast removed and the same woman called to reschedule my appointment for a week later. I tried to explain to her that I was having trouble with my cast was there anyway that I could see someone before they left on vacation and on a personal emergency. She was short with me and said no I tried to explain to her the problems I was having with my cast that I thought it wasn't a good idea for me to wait another whole week to be seen she spoke over me the whole time I was trying to tell her what was wrong and then hung up. I called back and left another message and told them that I need to speak to someone my call was never returned. I'm not sure who I spoke to but definitely this woman needs an attitude adjustment or a different job. I was in customer service for 25 years and had never treated anyone the way I was treated by this woman. I understand that I was ruining her day, and maybe adding to her workload to feel that I needed to speak to someone, but for her to talk over me and then hang up on me was totally uncalled for. Maybe my Medicare supplement insurance had something to do with it. However as a first-line person scheduling appointments she has no business working for this fine office. Maybe she just hates her job. Again I would like to say that my in this office was excellent and the front desk ladies were super nice. As well as Dr. Capra. Again I would like to reiterate that I was seen at the Mary Esther.

I've had two experiences here with my 4 year old and they're terrible. My son hasn't been able to…read moremove since his injections, the front office does not explain things throughly and the nurses have both been terrible with my son. The only reason I went the 2nd time is because I cause I can't find anyone else that will take champ va. I do not suggest parents taking their child here. I spoke with the supervisor and had to explain in multiple ways that I just needed a physical and a FL vaccine form for my son. After administering the vaccines which I believe the nurse went too far into the muscle, and the vaccines where right next to each other, she walked away without telling us any side effects or any symptoms to look out for. She seemed bothered by my question and did everything as fast as possible then left with little to no communication.
