I have ZERO record in my call log of any call from your office.I have ZERO voice mails from your offices. I have all of this in my digital footprint.The kicker is also have a digital record of an appointment confirmation at 6 pm Monday night so I could tell you I am confirming the appointment.I also have a digital record of you asking me to begin the exhaustive check-in process online which I did yesterday. So everything we have a true record of indicates I had an appointment this morning. Yet your operations people are trying to tell me they have been desperately trying to get a hold of me.

I went to Dr. Creek's office on Thursday, and he immediately took action. I got an X-ray and an MRI the very same day, and by Friday they called me with a plan. On Tuesday, he performed surgery on my L3 and L4, and I already feel better than I have in a long time. He went far above and beyond what any other doctor would do. His dedication, efficiency, and compassion truly stand out. Dr. Creek and his team made me feel heard, cared for, and confident. He didn't waste any time -- he found the problem and fixed it. I had no issues with the X-ray tech or the PA who I saw. I thought they were very professional and knowledgable. Reception, however, is a disaster. First, there is nothing preventing the whole lobby from hearing everything you discuss with the receptionist. The seating area is very close to the reception window. I felt very uncomfortable with so many people listening (whether they had bad intentions or not). Next, on both occasions, the receptionist seemed like I was truly inconveniencing her by being there. Rude, short, loud. No "please" or "thank you's." I just really didn't appreciate it. There was no concept of customer service at all.

Check in was extremely slow. we were told by white Wilson in Niceville that he has to go to immediate care here in FWB but that FWB only takes walk ins, which we now know is a lie. Now that we're here we've learned they do appointments. White Wilson needs to get their act together. They're doing a tremendous disservice to those who turn to them for care.
