The doctors are fine but GOD HELP YOU with anything administrative. They've been taken over by Facey and it is SOOOOO bad that I'm considering leaving this practice for anything not in that network. As others have said, you cannot just call the office. Ever. You are forced through to Facey's completely incompetent and inadequate system. I'm 3 weeks in to trying to get a copy of my medical records. They send you to MyChart but then NEVER check messages or respond. I call and I'm #21 in the queue, waiting on hold for HOURS. And it's not just during "busy times," it's ALL of the time. Put it this way, I would take the DMV any day over dealing with OSS/Facey now. Such a shame that this behemoth of monster has swallowed a once great practice. read more

I have been on hold for two hours and listening to a recording every few minutes say I am caller number 8 or 7 and finally make it to caller number 1 and I get hung up on. Another hour and I finally decided to use the call back option. I never got a callback. Messages left are ignored. I am currently holding because the referral for physical therapy after my surgery is basically blank. I have no idea where I am supposed to go. There's a name for a physical therapy company an hour and a half away. No phone number or address of a nearby clinic. The doctors here are great but they are ruined by their staff. I will ask my physician for a different facility next time I need orthopedics. Sad because the doctor here are did a great job on my knee, but I don't need his inattentive office staff. read more

I have been calling trying to get a follow up appointment after my MRI results have come in. You can NEVER get through on the phone. Leaving a call back number doesn't work either. You cannot send a message through MyChart to get an appointment. And their website is crap. I entered all of my information attempting to get to a screen to request a follow up and the system keeps saying it doesn't recognize my profile. I will probably need to find a new PA vs. returning to see Vaz. Completely infuriating. read more

Dr Korchek is fabulous but the office staff is incompetent. They're on a new computer system and are unable to leave a message for ANY Dr. HOW ABOUT PEN AND PAPER DUMMIES?????? The blonde at check out was totally lost on that concept. She suggested she could move my appt in 2 weeks to next month and I could tell him then that physical therapy mill upstairs wouldn't see me because of their outrageous requirements. Another said I should send him a message on the patient portal and I explained I couldn't because they hadn't listed him as one of my providers. Their eyes crossed. Out of the 5 women at the front area, not one of them even connected with the dr's nurse to find a fix because the dr was out. I cancelled all 3 of this month's dr appts immediately. read more

The physician was precise and a good communicator and got right to the point and a plan of " action" for me. He also gave me an injection that worked immediatly to relieve my shoulder pain! I was able to shedule my PT appointments in the same building as was great!! The office staff as well as the Xray tech were also very nice! I gave four stars instead of five bc of the amount of " Paper" work/ forms to fill out instead of simply clicking on a "Tablet" to answer all the questions. I have been a patient of Dr. Shahan Yacoubian for almost a decade. My right knee was bone on bone and I had chronic pain and my quality of life was severely impaired because of the pain. When I first saw him I was too young to get a knee replacement, so he helped me get a knee brace that improved my life significantly. But, my life has been completely changed since my knee replacement surgery in 2023. Three months after surgery I was climbing mountains in Scotland and marveling at how strong my new knee is. These days I hike, dance, do pilates, walk for miles with ZERO PAIN. I am a happier and more free person now that I do not have to think about my knee all the time. I recommend Dr. Yacoubian to anyone who mentions knee issues. He is kind and patient and I am forever grateful to him. I will keep going to him as I want to keep an eye on my left knee and I feel very safe and secure in his care. read more

Dr. Michael Moses and Dr. Stephan Yacobian at OSS are forever going to be my go to when it comes to my carpal tunnel or arthritis. Dr. Moses did an amazing job on my right carpal tunnel and when it comes time to do my left, I'll be back. Dr. Yacobian will someday do my shoulder replacement and thank you for understanding that I want to hold onto it for a few more years and helping me with pain management. This facility is modern, easy to get to and the staff is very attentive and gets your messages to the right place. Let me start by highlighting the positive. It is convenient that OSS has xray, CT and MRI machines right in the same facility. That is helpful. Where I unfortunately have to say OSS failed was in only having one foot/ankle specialist (Dr. Mark Mikhael) who provided substandard care. I was so put off by him that I have since taken my care elsewhere. In my initial appointment with Dr. Mikhael, his bedside manner was a little cold and rushed, ultimately turning confrontational and rude in follow-up appointments. He carries an air of arrogance and impatience, seeming annoyed and even insulted by questions. He skimmed through test results, cherry-picking a few things (completely missing important findings) and dumbed down any kind of real explanation of what was going on in my foot. At my last appt with him, I was so put off by his demeanor that I sought a second opinion. There were important findings that Dr. Mikhael had skipped over which were immediately picked up on by the other doctor, and I am now on a better treatment plan because of it. I have never had a doctor speak to me the way Dr. Mikhael spoke to me. I can confidently say that there are much better doctors out there who are more thorough, compassionate, professional, and patient. If you CAN go elsewhere, find another doctor. read more

Be aware that when you choose to become a patient with this office, you are made to sign a form that says you are going to pay ABOVE AND BEYOND your copay JUST IN CASE you get imaging (and even if you know you are not going to get imaging done at your appointment) and that it will take AT LEAST two months for you to get reimbursed that money. Unfortunately, after being a patient of Dr. Feldman's in his prior office intermittently for years, I will never see him again solely due to the hassle I've had to go through to get my money back from this damn office. read more

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. They moved into a new building where they can do their own imaging and PT. Ever since then, they are terrible. Their customer service is terrible. Their communication is terrible. When I was trying to get a PT prescription/renewal, I called within a couple of weeks and talked to three different people, they all said they would call me back. No one ever called me back, which is why I had to keep calling to follow up. It took me 4 weeks to finally get someone on the phone that would actually help me. The doctor wanted me to get an MRI, I tried to schedule the appointment as I was leaving that day. They wouldn't schedule it, they wanted to do the pre-auth first. No one ever called me to follow-up or schedule the appointment. So after two weeks I followed up. The day I followed up is when they finally submitted a pre-auth. They try to get you to do imaging with them, but I highly recommend that if you do decide to come here, that you demand to get the paperwork to do your imaging at an outside facility. Over the years, I've had many MRI and CT scans, and never had any of the communication or time delays that I've had at this place. read more

The facility is very professional and clean . Today I saw Vaz Galstjan A Physicians Assistant for shoulder injury. I was very happy seeing him as well. Very knowledgeable and thorough. This is my second time here. First time was for me with Dr Mikael. Second time was for my daughter - she went to see Dr Mikael too. She has a broken Fibula and Tibia. The wait time was spectacular today. Fast! His nurse / RN was on it! . As soon as he came to get us he says oh no! And immediately adjusted her crutches. Took us back and proceeded to take her splint off and prep us for Dr Mikael. He came in, told us what was wrong and reassured us she should be ok. Brian came back, she picked out her cast colors & he was soooo gentle and sweet to her as he put the cast on her. She loved her pink cast would have skipped out if she was capable. OSS used to be really good, before they moved to the new office they built by the airport. I like Dr Yacobian, and Dr Falkenstein is good, both have treated me, and I am not planning to change the ortho part, yet. They had Dr Jeter, pain management, but let her go, and she went back to UCLA. If she were not so far now, I would follow her to Santa Clarita. The real problems are telephone communications. Good luck waiting less that 1/2 to 1 hour before you speak with anyone. And prepare for the fact that frequently once someone says hello, they do not know what they are doing, and will put you back on hold for yet another 1/4 hr. When they had their first massive staff layoff, I wondered if they would continue to meet my needs. I gave them a nice review at Google Maps, mostly predicated in their pain management, however they are no longer in the pain management business. I retracted my review. Dr Raven work on my hand, but he left the practice. I feel like now, it is a throw of the dice when I need services that they used to be great in. The office manager, Melissa, is under the gun all the time and not helpful. Each experience now is very frustrating. A sad decline in their practice. read more

I was experiencing excruciating pain from a fall down the stairs. I called them and the VM said they would return my call in 24-48 hours. I left them a message about getting an appointment. That was on Monday, April 21st. They just called me to schedule the appointment. Today is Friday, May 9th! In 3 days it will be 3 weeks since I left a message. Went there to receive PT on my injured shoulder. Definitely helped increase my range of motion and reduce the amount of pain.

I visited OSS for pain in my right knee. I did not have to wait long to schedule an appt, and was seen right away during my visit. After an xray to aid in diagnosis, Dr. Yacoubian assured me I was fine with mild arthritis in both knees, just take advil for pain, wear a sleeve for tennis and and for now perhaps a cortisone shot in the future if need be. He was kind, thoughtful, and informative and I felt like I was in very good hands. The whole staff is top notch and professional. Thank you so much! read more

Service is getting worse here. My appointment is 9:15 and I waited 25 mins. in the lobby before they bring me to a room to see the doctor. Then I waited another 14 mins for doctor to show up. How funny they charge $60 for cancellation. They should pay us $50 for any delay in our appointment for more than 30 mins to see doctor. read more
