I cannot say enough great things about Orthopedic Associates, especially Dr. Cantrell and his…read moreincredible team. Dr. Cantrell has performed multiple knee surgeries for me as well as a shoulder surgery, and every single time the results have been outstanding. His skill, precision, and consistency are truly remarkable. What really sets Dr. Cantrell apart is the way he listens. He takes his time at every appointment, explains everything clearly, and always works to find the best possible approach for each specific situation. You never feel rushed, and you always feel heard and confident in the plan moving forward. The staff is just as exceptional. Julie and Peyton are absolutely amazing, professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. They make the entire process seamless, from scheduling to follow ups, and they go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. If you're looking for an orthopedic team that combines top tier surgical expertise with compassion, attention to detail, and outstanding support staff, Orthopedic Associates and Dr. Cantrell's team are second to none. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They were kind enough to offer me a later time and for me to wait. I would've liked to be notified but they were so nice and very quick to get me back. I was in pain and tired of trying to see what was wrong. As soon as I was taken back, I was super disappointed. The nurse was not too kind and I was just overly frustrated at the situation at hand already. I don't know why she assumed my injury was due to work when I mentioned what I did for work. She said to me that it doesn't matter and if there is even a small possibility it could be work related then my appointment must be cancelled. I would be more understanding if she wasn't so rude to me while saying that. She rushed me up front and it felt like she had better things to do than see me. She just escorted me out of the room and let me know they will call me later. I have come here for almost the same thing on a different spot but never jumped to workers comp like this time. I ended up crying while leaving the office. I do not recommend going here or at least earlier apppointments!

She understood my situation and did everything she could to fit me into the schedule that same day. I truly appreciated how caring and welcoming she was during a stressful time. The rest of the staff and assistants were also very patient, understanding, and attentive to what each patient needed. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Dr. Jodi was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She took the time to explain my injury, answered my questions, and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received from the entire team. Thank you for making such a difficult day much easier.

She is super efficient in getting her job done but lacks compassion and empathy. As a patient, things happen and if a pt gives as much notice as possible, that's not signs of a difficult patient to whom I'd have to "put in place". I asked for a copy of policy to make sure I follow policy and she decided to print out another copy highlighting the scheduling policy and highlighting once again where I signed after I had already received the copy I asked for. Like geez lady I apologized and am trying not to make the same error and she rubbed in my face. Emotional regulation is important for someone in charge of "patient care" and while I was remorseful and paid my fee for rescheduling less than 24 hrs, Christina was extremely passive aggressive and when told how she made a patient feel in clinic, she had 0 remorse or compassion. Impact vs intention especially when it comes to patient care. That's not someone that I'd like to see/deal with when coming into a clinic of great PTs & PA's. Again, if you want her to tackle an insurance company, she's your girl. If you want to be spoken to like a human being, go elsewhere. Very curt, insensitive but hey she'll get things done.
