To make it worse they even sent my info to collection without my knowledge. This is the worst outfit that I've ever dealt with. I am very upset about this!!!

My experience with physical therapy in the past hadn't been positive, but I've changed my mind now. ATI (just off Murray) is a great choice for exceptional care. I found the experience with physical therapists, Matt Dunn and Clarke Young, to be exceptional in that they seemed to really care for and connect with all their patients. Annette at the front desk is always cheerful, knowledgeable and able to accommodate changes in scheduling. Everyone's mood there is positive, supportive, and enthusiastic. There is much humor, personal attention, and most of all-encouragement to do our best. I only have one other that I love. This place is great for your typical chiropractic needs. They have a good assessment and take their time getting to know you and your body's needs. I was so hopeful to have this practice be what I needed. I saw so many great reviews of Dr. K but I…read moreended up scheduling with Dr. Tennant since her availability was sooner. On my first appointment I was asked to upload all of my labs for her to go over and discuss on my next visit. I collected them all and got them uploaded right away. When I arrived for my 2nd visit (Jan 21st) she hadn't looked at them. I am a complex case with some pretty wild labs so it does take someone that wants to really dig in help figure me out. The primary issue is my wild hormones, she had some ideas but said she needed to research the correct formulation before suggesting something that may help. She said she would email me the supplement to get, that never came. On January 30th I sent an email letting her know that I didn't receive anything and let her know that the symptoms were getting worse and I was hoping to get the supplement recommendation, no reply. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over how the supplement that I've never taken is going so I canceled that. My general feeling is that Dr. Tennant isn't a very warm Doctor and I was ok with that but was really hoping she would take the time to dig in to help me, she didn't.

I told him, according to the previous ND i went for free consultation said that I need to consume a bunch of different stuff a week before the taking food sensitivity test otherwise the results won't show whether she is sensitive to the food or not. Dr. K said otherwise. After my daughter took the test, sure enough the only food that shows the results was the food that she eats regularly. Very disappointed. We were not able to identify what food she was sensitive to. Base on this experienced, me and my husband decided not to see him anymore for lack of this knowledge and not sure if he was able to treat my daughter.

I had a really good first appointment with Dr Manoso at O+F Specialists…read more I was a initially bit nervous going in but by the time I had x-rays and a talk with the MA, I was more relaxed. Dr Manoso showed me the X-rays and explained my injury. Thankfully it appears as it may heal w/o surgery. After an exam he said this would take some time to heal and to be patient. I was given the OK to walk and do some light aerobic on the elliptical but at less than my pre injury 60 minutes time. I am glad I was directed to see Dr Manoso when scheduling and confident he will be my guide through the healing and resuming the sports I love!
