Most doctors are reticent to have nurses do an exam out of their presence. He reviewed what I saw with me. He did my cataract surgery. His staff is only two people who go out of their way to answer questions and make people feel comfortable. He keeps his schedule of timeliness. People I have referred to him have also been pleased with his skill. I observed him interacting with people with developmental disabilities with patience at his office before giving them an exam. He diagnosed a vision problem that could have lead to blindness and got me a referral to Bascom Palmer quickly. I am very happy i asked about the hospital patient years ago, as i found a very qualified direct and kind human being to whom i trusted my vision.

This is not simply a matter of the valet being "distant" or having a bad attitude. There is a very noticeable difference in the way I am treated depending on the vehicle I arrive in.When I come by myself in my regular car, the valet has told me, "You have to park your car yourself." On another occasion, when the valet area was very busy and there were many cars, he told me, "I'm going to do you a favor and park it for you today because we are full." A valet service is a paid service. Parking my car is not a "favor" being done for me.What makes this situation even more obvious is what happens when I arrive with my husband in his newer sports car. Even when there are empty spaces available, we are suddenly told that only the valet attendants are allowed to park that particular car. The attitude and willingness to provide the service completely change. It is very hard not to notice that the difference seems to be based on the fact that the car is newer, modern, and a sports car.I have also had an upsetting experience involving my mother, who was not treated with the basic courtesy and respect that any customer should receive. This is especially disappointing at a medical facility, where patients and their family members should be treated with patience and professionalism.I want to be very clear: I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the service I am paying for. If valet parking is offered and customers are paying for it, customers should not be made to feel as though parking their vehicle is a favor. There are usually two attendants working there -- one younger gentleman who is darker-skinned and another gentleman who appears to be somewhat older. I am mentioning this so management can identify the employees involved and actually look into what is happening at this location.I strongly believe the owner or management of Best NRG Parking Services Inc. should be aware of how their employees are representing the company. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the business and can absolutely cost the company customers.Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. It's really a shame that the staff is a mess and that they always overbook. I personally complained about this to the doctor in the past. There are never appointments available right away. When the day finally arrives, you are there for hours. The only thing that helped before was scheduling when office first opens, the earliest appointment they have, and showing up before the office even opens because there will be other people doing the same. Everybody waiting outside 15-30 mins before doors open. It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Again, no complaints with the Doctor. I just don't have hours to spare at any appointment.

I would like to share my experience at this unit…read more The two physicians, Dr. Victor and Dr. Lesley, are excellent, kind, attentive, and thorough in explaining procedures and answering questions. They demonstrate genuine care and professionalism. The ultrasonographer Melissa is also outstanding: very kind, communicative throughout the exam, and clearly dedicated to obtaining the best possible images. Unfortunately, despite scheduling my last three appointments with her, I was not assigned to her again. That said, I would like to highlight several issues related to administrative and operational processes: * 02/11/2026: My report incorrectly states that a transvaginal ultrasound (CPT code 76817) was performed. No transvaginal exam took place. * 02/11/2026: During this visit, I was taken into the exam room where a male student was already present. I was informed only at that moment that he would accompany the exam. I expressed my preference to be assisted only by female professionals. Had I been asked for consent in advance, this situation--and the resulting discomfort for both myself and the student--could have been avoided. * 02/02/2026: I waited approximately 50 minutes in reception due to a failure in the check-in process. After I informed the staff that I had not been given any forms to sign, it became clear that my check-in had not been properly completed. When my husband inquired about the long wait, the response was not polite. * 01/12/2026: I overpaid $246.92. The overpayment was identified and an electronic refund was initiated only one month later. Last but not least, during one of my visits, a front-desk staff member had persistent, heavy coughing while interacting closely with patients. Given that this clinic specializes in high-risk pregnancies, basic common sense would be to avoid close exposure to patients while experiencing active respiratory symptoms. As a conclusion, while the medical team provides excellent care, there are clear opportunities to improve the ultrasonographer team, administrative accuracy, communication, and patient experience at the front desk .
