Upon arriving, you see the clear indications of mandatory face masks and you're automatically greeted by Marbelly. She is so polite! I was seen rather quickly, considering the amount of staff is being limited to one receptionist and one optometrist. For my first visit, I was seen by Linnett Molina and the second by Tharanie Amarawardana. Both very professional and thorough. I had an eye irritation and found Dr. Airala's office by looking at my insurance company's website and was thankful they were able to fit me in on short notice. The office looks well kept, the front desk staff is relatively pleasant (at least in Spanish), and the office is up to date with electronic medical records which come in useful if one needs a second opinion as might I. A week later and almost done with the eye drops I still have some discomfort. I wasn't completely satisfied with the doctor's chair side manner as he was curt in answering questions. He also didn't consider pills in addition to drops which one medical website says can be used.
