We had to continue to contact her while on our trip for information on tours and didn't receive our information for one of them so we completely missed out. Then she played hardball: on my return from a cruise, she booked me overnight at a stop-over when there were plenty of flights home that same day. My itinerary was not detailed enough, so I did not realize until I was stuck overnight until it was too late. Stay away from her and her travel agency.

We booked one year out and in literally less then two weeks before the trip myself or our guest had not heard form Tina! and then a week before the occasion most guest had not received their tickets!! I booked the same group of 26 people on a cruise with AAA Travel and our experience with Mary Beth was hands down above and beyond!! This occasion was my daughters wedding Tina said she would do all the communication with the wedding planer in Mexico not one email was sent to confirm details. My daughter and I were so embarrassed because we had sent Tina's information to all our guest and promised she would take great care of them and four of our quest mentioned how rude Tina had been.
