He also claimed there was a same-day service charge, even though he had told me a different rate over the phone. I subsequently requested an estimate for those corrections on several occasions and most recently tried to reach them by email, text, and phone, for a service call due to a maintenance notice from the generator, all to no avail. I get no response, despite having a contract. Due to the obvious breach of contract, I have no choice but to contract with someone else to provide the maintenance who will be responsible and responsive and will be notifying Generac that they are not a reliable provider and should not be listed in their application as a suggested company.
