He took his time to explain what he saw as well as options for us to consider. He was professional, helpful, and timely with responding to our questions. We didn't hesitate and hired Marine Plumbing to fix the issue. Charles was actually at our home working on his anniversary and even stayed late to finish. A big thanks to him...and his wife! Thanks again, Marine Services!

Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!

If you are looking for DRAMA on your worksite or on your residential project, Joe is the guy for…read moreyou! Joe Gilliland, dba "Comfort Assured Technologies LLC" is the king of drama. Each and every time he shows up on the job: more drama. Joe was hired to install a new HVAC system in my home. He had done some work for us previously when he worked for Cooley, but apparently he was let go from that company, and now works on his own. Literally every single time he showed up for work (which was whenever he darn well felt like it! It's good to be your own boss!).... he'd pitch a fit about something. Always complaining. He would bark orders at me, and tell me how "it was gonna be"... forgetting, I think, who hired who. Very disrespectful... not sure if that was because I am a woman, or if he is like that with everyone. He would tell me I had to have my construction guys rip out work they had just completed, because it would make his job a little easier. He complained non-stop about me, my house, the job, and my workers. He would loudly mutter things like "I can't wait till this job is over." Or: "Well, too bad, YOU signed off on it." (That was one of his favorites... he said it a lot). "You signed the contract"... etc. Everything was a struggle with him. Right before we were to connect & try the AC for the first time, he took a part with him so we couldn't turn it on until he got back. A week of high 90s INSIDE the house with my workers sweating while we waited for him to get back from his vacation and turn the system on. His initial bid of $7K nearly doubled, and we ended up having to pay him $12K. For that, he couldn't even leave a new filter for the system. I had to go to Home Depot to buy one. VERY unpleasant person to deal with. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

She came and gave us a fair estimate for the non-emergent work that we needed done. We scheduled for the work to be completed on 9/21. No one showed up and I never received a phone call. I followed up the week following and finally got Donna on the line on 9/27. She claimed that the work was scheduled for 9/14 but when they came to do the work, no one was home and so they left a note. My husband worked from home that day and no note was left. I never received a phone call to follow up on our apparent absence, but as I was anticipating them on 9/21, I had no reason to think that there was an issue on 9/14. After going back and forth on the phone with Donna over the point of what day the work was scheduled for, I pointed out that this is one of those situations where she needs to recognize the customer is always right, so let's move forward and reschedule. I didn't get the entire sentence out before she abruptly said "goodbye" and hung up on me. It really is a shame to be unable to support a local business because of poor customer service.
