The selection alone keeps me coming back here pretty frequently even though a bait and tackle store is across the street from my house. This store is a bit on the pricier side compared to the other stores close by near by but its certainly the most stocked and one of the largest you will find. I love that this place also sells products and gear that I have never seen before at other tackle shops and that always peaks my curiosity for another visit.

I arrived for a scheduled curbside pickup, but the experience was completely unacceptable. I called the store phone number three separate times to notify staff of my arrival, and each time I was left on hold for an extended period without anyone ever picking up. After waiting and attempting to follow the proper curbside protocol, I was eventually forced to abandon the "curbside" aspect entirely and walk into the store myself to retrieve the items. The entire point of choosing curbside pickup is for convenience and efficiency; having to go inside after being ignored on the phone is the opposite of that. This process was poorly managed and a waste of my time. I hope you can review your curbside staffing or phone procedures so other customers don't have to deal with the same headache.
