Right, because last time when I put a request into the portal to fix my bathroom ceiling which was leaking wastewater from the toilet upstairs, I received ZERO response. I had to call at least five times for anyone to even care. I had to CHASE them down to get bare minimum habitable living conditions. Celsa does not care about your living conditions even if they are hazardous, and she will yell at you like it's your fault while ignoring the shit actively dripping from your ceiling. I cannot speak for others at this management company, but avoid Celsa at all costs. She might be one of the worst people I have ever met-- horribly unprofessional, blatantly rude, and has negative empathy for others. Someone like that should not be in management, let alone responsible for the living conditions of others.

They have always been easy and prompt when communicating via email, phone, but most times I stopped by the office and they would drop whatever they were doing to take care of me. As for Alex (the super) he's the best. He always answers the phone or calls right back, but you don't really have to call him because he's always around. I see him nearly everyday. In February, they were notified that Verizon will no longer service the copper wires used for the WiFi that hosts the payment system for our laundry cards. They knew they would need to get a new internet service provider. It is now June and our payment system has been out of commission for 3 weeks and we have no way to reload our laundry cards to do laundry. Sackman's solution is for us to go to their office on W 73rd st to fill our cards. This is absolutely unacceptable, as this laundry room is their responsibility to maintain.

They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy.
