This is going to be my last visit here, it seems as though the quality of this place has just been going downhill over the past couple years. Smells awful inside, Unwilling and unhelpful staff who seem to be bothered by simple questions, and impossible to find contacts for management. Stayed here for a night with my boyfriend and we had a great time! The casino is a smoking area, but it definitely doesn't smell as bad as some of the other casinos we have been to in Tulsa. We also ate at their bar, the spicy chicken sandwich and pulled pork sandwich were both amazing! Our room was very nice, it was spacious and clean! The beds were very comfy and it was probably one of my favorite hotels we've stayed at. They currently are under construction to build a new pool, but we didn't notice or ehar the construction at all. Overall, greatly recommend! read more

This is going to be our third "stay-cation", but I just have to brag on this place a little bit. Our first time was back in 2015, I believe. Each and every time we have been to the location, the staff is friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about anything you could possibly think of to ask them. Hotel reservations? Marilyn B. is who took our latest reservation for us for the 4th of July. She was clear and concise with information, and very professional in her demeanor. I hope we get to speak again sometime on another stay-cation. Anyway, back to the casino and hotel. You can't honestly rate the quality of a casino by whether or not you've won or lost there. At the end of the day, there's not a jackpot in the casino, except a mega progressive, that would refund the average gambler's losses at a casino. What matters is that you have a good time, regardless of your wins or losses. At Osage Skiatook, you do have an awesome time! They have a plentitude of machines that you can play, from pennies to high bets. The casino is large enough to have variety, but small enough that you can maneuver it and find your guests you're with pretty quick, and not tire out (which is very important when parties arrive with elderly and disabled guests). The swimming pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing. I like that the hotel has thought about the needs of the customers there, and have a restroom within, maybe, 20 feet of the swimming pool/hot tub. I don't want to go through the casino in my swimsuit, so it's nice to know that I can change right there. The ladies that run the complimentary breakfast are always fun to talk to, and quite customer service driven. You end up starting your day stuffed (you only leave hungry if you don't like the selection), and ready to go. The checkout process is quick and easy as well. Love that this location has an adjoined convenience store on hand in case we get any late night munchies and everything close has closed. Go and have a good time. We have each time! read more

So, I went in the convenience store to get an Icee. The casino is past the Icee machines with all sorts of colors, bells and music playing, to lure you in. So I said, let's go see what it is like. We slowly walked through the casino looking at machines and got to the hotel. It was pretty interesting and I wanted to try a machine. We turned around and came back, stopping to look at the Firey restaurant menu. We looked at some more machines and I tried to figure a machine out. I sat down with money, but could 't figure out where to put the money or what to do to play the machine. We went back toward the convenience store and asked a friendly looking guy how to play a machine. He showed me and I immediately lost a dollar. I decided I had enough and we went to get our Icees. When we got to the Icee machine, two guys in suits with badges hooked on their belts and ear pieces were we're waiting on us. I couldn't figure out what was up, but they were specifically watching us over all the other customers. They one guy says "nothing like an Icee". I had just told my husband that I felt like I had just come out of a secret world where everyone knew the password but me. I guess our behavior was very suspicious, because they sure have me the creeps. All their customers were missing teeth, had their pants tucked in their boots and had oil stains on their hats. I guess they aren't used to inexperienced gamblers. read more

WHAT this place was AWSOME! I am talking about the hotel. I stayed there when the wife and I were visiting the tribe for some other reasons. Let me tell you the Osages know how to throw down! Two room suite, two TVs and the beds were very comfortable. I love my tribe! Very nice! They have a rather nice breakfast buffet too. They will even make your waffles for you. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I went to the Fiery Grill and ordered the Friday special, Prime Rib. I asked my waitress to check and tell me right away if there was RARE available, so I can change my order if they did not have rare. she never came back, so I asked her again after 20 minutes. She never told me anything, I checked again at 30 minutes and no response. After 45 minutes the manager comes to my table and tells me that they have no rare and no prime rib left at all but well done. This is not the first time very similar events have happened to me there. I never say anything I just leave. This time I talked to the food service manager and told them I will NEVER go back to that establishment! I do not recommend this restaurant! read more

Stayed at hotel for three nights in early June 2018 for a family wedding because the venue was nearby. The price was supposed to be 89.00. I was charged three different prices, ranging from 89 to 129 over three nights, and even after calling to dispute charges (which they agreed were wrong), I still haven't seen my refund more than a month later. Both the pool and hot tub were drained the day we got there--not fun with kids. On two of the three days we stayed, our room hadn't been visited by housekeeping until I called the front desk after 4:30 PM (no "do not disturb" signs on the door). I would never stay there again and do not recommend other than the wonderful ladies at the breakfast room, who couldn't have been nicer. read more

My daughter's wedding was at The Springs Event Center (a beautiful place for a wedding!) and this was the closest hotel. The hotel had a shuttle that would take hotel guests to the venue and back at specified times so I thought it would be perfect. I was wrong, here a just a few of the issues: 1. The email we received with the signed contract for blocking rooms had a typo in the code that was to be used to reserve the rooms under the blocked rate. Obviously we should have checked it against the actual contract (proof read their email for them) but the invitations went out with the code from their email. Once this was discovered I will say that the hotel did change the code on their end after multiple phone calls to match what they put in the email so the invitations would be correct. 2. I was told that we would be able to add additional rooms to the blocked amount if there was at least 50% booked by the reservation deadline and that they would extend the deadline for booking a room under the blocked room rate. The contract states "at Management's discretion" but I was told that it would not be a problem. Once the deadline rolled around we were at least 90% booked but when I tried to add more rooms I was told Management had decided not to allow that at this time. After multiple phone calls and explaining I was verbally assured it would not be a problem they finally allowed me to add half the amount of rooms I wanted, all of which were booked within two days. 3. On the day of the wedding during all the chaos that goes along with that I received a phone call saying when one of the groomsman tried to see if he could check in early he was told the check in time was at 4:00. The contract I had stated the check in time was at 3:00 which left plenty of time for them to shower and get to the venue by 4:30 for pictures - checking in at 4:00 did not give them much time. When I called to see what was going on I was told they had changed the check in time 2 months ago. One month AFTER I had signed the contract and no one informed me. 4. Once the wedding was over and we got checked in (the two ladies at the desk were very sweet and very nice) I'm thinking everything is done and we can finally relax. Not quite, as stated in other reviews on other sites the security there was very intimidating and confrontational. I can understand wanting your security people to be a little intimidating since they are there to keep the peace but there's a difference between keeping the peace and looking for trouble where there obviously is none. One example is when my Son-in-law went up to his room there were 3 Security guys walking down the hall. He asked them if there was a problem, thinking something might be wrong and their response was "no you got a problem?!" and not in a nice way. He just held his hands up and said nope and kept moving. It was as if they wanted something to happen. Take my word for it, the shuttle service is great and all but if you can just use a hotel in Tulsa instead. Nice rooms and a few nice people but based on my experience it's just not worth the added stress. read more

We got married at The Springs in October. We decided to use Osage for our hotel block because of the shuttle service. When I originally asked for information it was with a previous manager from the time I actually asked for a contract and signed. Some of the details were different than originally sent to me. Since I still had my original emails they were kind enough to give me what was originally stated. During check in, the front desk staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating to our party. Once we got back from the venue and everyone went their separate ways I went to the bar to have a drink with my dad. After buying me one drink we were told we were cut off by the manager. We weren't drunk, loud, stumbling, or slurring. I made sure not to over drink at my wedding so I would remember everything. We were the only ones at the bar and had cash out ready to pay. Apparently their policy is that they cut off wedding parties after one drink. However they had no problem serving my dad drink after drink until I showed up with my obvious wedding make up still done. Don't expect to continue having fun after your wedding especially if you're young and female. I had planned to gamble afterwards but after that I figured I'd spend my money elsewhere. read more
