Osage Casino has a sharp, modern interior and is well-kept throughout. The casino itself was a blast--lots to do with plenty of slot machines, table games, and dice options. We really enjoyed the live entertainment at both casino bars; both performers were fantastic and created a fun vibe. There are a couple of dining options, though one restaurant was never open while we were down on the casino floor. We ate at Thunder Bar and Grill, but service was nearly nonexistent. Our server vanished and we had to go to the bar ourselves every time we needed a drink. The staff we did see were kind, but it's clear the restaurant and casino floor were severely understaffed. Late that night (around 4 a.m.), we ordered pizza from Roni Peppo's--thankfully, it was open and the pizza was excellent. Unfortunately, our hotel stay left a lot to be desired. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working and the temperature stayed around 78°. When we called the front desk, they basically said there was nothing they could do. No effort to move us, offer a fan, or make the situation right. It was hot, uncomfortable, and impossible to sleep. Even more concerning, when we headed to our room, we noticed a group of about 20 young people lingering near the hotel entrance--clearly not hotel guests. They appeared to be waiting to follow someone onto an elevator to access guest floors. They looked unkempt and suspicious, and there was zero security presence. That felt unsafe and unacceptable, especially for a hotel attached to a casino. On a positive note, the pool was great. The water temperature was perfect, plenty of clean furniture, and the outdoor bar/snack area added a nice touch. Overall, Osage offers a fun night out at the casino, but the hotel side needs serious improvement--both in customer service and security. read more

They have about 8-10 big truck parking spaces/RV and signs directing you. The casino starts at the front entry way. It's super smoky. Maybe a weak ventilation system? We didn't play but sitting in it has to be uncomfortable for a non-smoker. We ate at The Kitchen - the food was good! There's a pizza place, hotdog place and a breakfast/brunch spot. The hotel room was nice, updated, clean with a view of the pool. Air conditioning system was slow but eventually worked properly. read more

IMO, it is the typical tribal casino, the physical building is nice, food not that good, drinks expensive and the slot machines don't pay. If you do go, just be prepared to leave with empty pockets. This is why they are in the casino business. read more

I've been to many casinos all in different states and this has to top the list as one of the worst I've been too. Never have I had to show an ID to cash in chips before, WTF.. their games are a little shady when it comes to Texas hold em. They have a deal where if trips or better shows up on board a wheel spins for all the players to win. I sat there for 5 hours 4 times they spun and all 4 times it hit and empty chair.. pretty amazing when one of the times 4 people played and no one hit not to mention it was the same empty seat all 4 times.. seems fishy to me. I went last night and in order to play I had to become a card member .. that's bullshit too... so you don't need a ID to vote in this great country of ours but you need a players card to play? ( which I declined to get) the pit bosses are some of the most unfriendliest I've met as well..most of the dealers are the same( I'm sorry don't you deal for tips) the icing on cake was last night I lost my phone. Thank God someone turned it in. So the guy asked me what kinda phone it was and so I know what's on my screen. After letting him know which made no sense since phone was locked I put in my code and phone was open. But he still insisted for an ID.. I'm like buddy I just unlocked the phone isn't that good enough? Then demands I give him a phone number I refused n he said then I don't get my phone back. Told him won't do any good I don't plan on being back after the bullshit I had to go thou... thought it was me until I started reading all the comments. Only been to Osage once and that is a good thing. I have been to a few casinos, and I didn't see anything special about Osage. I didn't win anything on this one visit. Slot machines didn't really pay out. Noted table games, hotel, and a restaurant. Only played for 5-6 hours. Again, there was nothing special about it for me to really stay longer. read more

Its almost like the staff are trained to be rude to people. Im with my aunt and were both playing hundreds of dollars and we pressed the drink button and when the server came they told my aunt who was next to me and had just ran out of money in her machine that she had to be actively playing. This is the absolute worst casino in the Tulsa area, I play a lot in all the casinos and feel I can give an educated and truthful review, I play cards against the house mostly and some slots as well, if you get chips to play table games and get ready to leave you have only 1 place to go to cash in your chips, they have about 10 stations there and you stand in line waiting for the next attendant to conduct your business BUT... there's usually only 1 station open so you wait in line a looong time ! They kinda hold you hostage if you want your cash ?!?! Next, Out of all the times I've played there I have NEVER hit anything more than a straight on ultimate Texas Hold'em and never seen anyone else either ? At Hard Rock and River Spirit I have hit several Full Houses, Flushes and Quads plus a few Straight Flushes, I know the casinos can control the cards with the auto shufflers and it shows here big time ! I did win a few bucks about a month ago on a couple of slots as I was about to leave but it wasn't a substantial amount, I know you rarely win and I'm ok with that but I'd like to play for a while instead of walking in for 30 minutes and lose 200-250 bucks and leave disappointed! Yeah, it's definitely a 2 star experience. Cigarette smoke and loud music with a view straight into the casino when you walk in. Hotel workers are short on pleasantries and seem overworked. The rooms are quite dated and dingy, and have a humid and moist feeling. Pillows are so lumpy that it will mess up your blow out. Bedding is okay. Lighting is terrible. Bathroom is well-lit. No close up makeup mirror and the toilet is in the same room. Soap gave me a slight rash due to sensitive skin. No late check-out. Even before 11 am they start banging on doors and talking into loud walkie talkies. We would never stay here again. read more

Low budget hotel. No room service and no good food options in the hotel. You literally had to door dash for food and then they say you can't bring any outside food into the hotel. Crazy!! There condensation dripping from our ceilings, leaky showers , noticeable dust in the room and our room was not cleaned once during your week long stay. Then the hotel lost power several times, meaning no air condition , being locked out of your room and a friend of mine was trapped in an elevator ! I am definitely not a casino goer. But the Osage casino is the venue for the Homeward Bound Tattoo Expo every March and August. I love that expo so much, that I actually really have only good things to say about the casino. I always have to get a cauliflower crust pizza at Roni Peppo's. It's seriously one of my favorite pizzas in all of Tulsa, and it's cheap for how good of quality. It's a smaller casino, so you don't get lost. And it's got a beautiful pool area. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and informed valet was complementary. The check in process was smooth and she relayed many details regarding amenities to our stay. We visited the Coney Island restaurant in the casino our first day; food was hot but lacked in flavor and the buns weren't steamed. We enjoyed a few games on the floor and went for a swim. The pool is large enough you don't really bump into others and the hot tub has plenty of room also with good jets. Although, the hot tub bench and floor are crumbling, leading to loose concrete on the floor of the tub and pulling of your suit or shorts when sitting on the bench. That evening we visited the Thunder Bar, enjoyed a few drinks and the game; barkeeps were friendly and polite. Day two we returned to Thunder bar for a breakfast of eggs, hash-brown casserole, bacon and toast. Would have liked to see some fresh fruit options too. My husband had the breakfast quesadillas. Everything was delicious and service was excellent. Upon returning from our outings that day we again went for a swim around 8 pm or so. There were zero towels in the bins, I returned into the hotel and asked an employee for towels. She stated that they were in the dryer and would be brought out soon. I returned to the pool got in expecting towels shortly. Over the next hour I watched the bins and towels never arrived. We had to ring our suits out, dash back to the room cold and soaking wet. I checked out our window about an hour later - still no towels. The check out processed was smooth and easy. Through our entire stay we valet, though everyone was so friendly and kind; through this process learned that they need to implement a different method. Right now it's very cumbersome and non efficient. I would suggest an app where people can scan the QR code, register their vehicle and use the same "ticket number" for their entire stay. Just offer a QR code in the app for the valet to scan showing the vehicle was dropped off or picked up. This will prevent you all from having to constantly take people's info upon drop off, save time and money with not buying paper tickets constantly. read more

I am shocked by the negative reviews I have read given my experience at Osage. We had zero problem checking in. Our room was beautiful and clean, and the A/C worked perfectly. We actually got a little cold during the night. I am a former smoker, so being around smokers was a challenge, but that is my problem to deal with. We ate both dinner and breakfast at Thunder Bar and Grill. Both the food and the service were great, especially our morning server--Tammi--who we thanked personally. She said she believed that it was important to treat people like they are at home. Check out was simple with no hidden fees. You had to use a key card to access the hotel and the guest rooms in the elevator, which is actually a level of security that wasn't mentioned in previous reviews. read more

Went there to go see a concert and donate a little. We go to a lot of live music and had never been to the Skyline Event Center. I have to say IMPRESSIVE! I think this is my new favorite casino music venue. We were in the balcony and had a great view. I was glad to have to walk through a metal detector and get my purse checked like at normal concerts. It rarely happens at other casinos. Seems strange to say that but there's just been a lot go on lately. My husband was able to eat at one of the restaurants and said it was pretty good. Left my iPad in my room while moving across the country. Described where my iPad was in the room, the physical description of the iPad and could have provided even more information to verify that it was mine... Osage had absolutely no systems in place to deal with the lost item other than me driving 2000 miles back to pick it up. Offered to pay shipping and even said I would be back through in June when I moved the rest of my stuff out west and I could pick it up then - too bad the iPad will be destroyed after 30 days no exceptions. How Osage can exist in an industry that caters to those traveling is a wonder, and, if how they handled this is any indication of how they do business as a whole, I truly cannot see them succeeding long term. Stayed this weekend for my birthday. Hotel room was very clean and hallways smelled fresh. Ac was not good. It was hot all weekend but we spent majority of time at the pool. The power went out Saturday night maybe 15-20minutes. It was hot soon and miserable. Free buffet breakfast was muffins, bagels, cereal, some lumpy packaged gravy and biscuits and oatmeal, waffles were decent. Looked like jail food, you can do better than this! Bought tickets to see DL Hughley and decided to stay in hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The decor was a modern vibe! They have a nice outdoor pool, bar and firepit. Its backed up to a empty, quiet lot. The hotel was packed and the casino lobby isn't overwhelmed with the smokey smell, yet! As far as food we snacked on a pizza which was good and seemed to be a popular spot. The next morning breakfast was amazing. We went there for a staycation and the pool. Here's the highlights: We tried to book a cabana over the phone. Was told they were all booked. When we arrived, they only had one cabana tent even up. Pool was crowded. We felt the water was slimy, but assumed it was due to all the people and just had a few drinks to forget about it. Pool bathrooms were disgusting and had no soap. We brought this up several times to the staff, but it never got fixed. Room had a thick layer of dust all over it (but, hey, no one likes to work these days so I didn't worry about it) The next day, we woke up and looked out of our window (we went straight to pool the day before) and pool was so cloudy you couldn't see in it (see pics). We left. My swimsuit is stained black from the time in the pool the day before. At breakfast, the service woman was incredibly kind and the only reason for the one star...however someone snapped a sex toy whip at us while walking by with his girlfriend. No joke. We immediately left and skipped our second day. The slots are still tight and the pizza is still I don't know what's happening but it was my last time there. Stay away from this non-paying casino and visit River Spirit or Hard Rock casinos which offer self-service drink fountains and have consistent pay-outs. I don't know if the ventilation system has a problem (it shouldn't as this place is brand new) but the smoke is everywhere. They have good options for food and drinks with a fair price. Normally I would Never leave a negative review but this could not be ignored. We paid over $400 for the night for a patio room. Room number LL0014 for reference. Upon checking in, the service desk employee took a phone call in the middle of my check in process and I had to awkwardly stand there for approximately 5 minutes while he handled THEIR concern. The customer in front of you should always have priority. Rooms are mediocre. The craftsmanship of the hotel was done very cheaply and it feels that way. The toilet paper holder was held on the wall by a dowel rod that wasn't completely seated and the shower handle came loose in your hand when you pull the shower door closed. Stain spots all over the carpet. Bed and pillows were acceptable. Walls are so thin we could hear people talking as they walked past and got to 'enjoy' one hell of an argument in the hallway about 2 am Had dinner at the Thunder Bar and Grill. Service was atrocious. Our waitress took our order, brought our drinks and basically disappeared. She didn't even bring our food and no refills offered. Food was average in price and flavor. The casino has a total of 1 waitress for the entire thing. At least that's what I'm supposing because we only saw one.....ever and, unfortunately, that was while we were walking through. I don't believe we ever encountered a drink station either. We aren't big gamblers so I can't say how the gaming is but I never won more than $6 on $40 in a couple dollar machines. (Not part of the negative review. Just wanted to give a reference of our experience) Breakfast was included. Menu was interesting. They had your typical cereal and breads with a diy waffle maker. The hot bar had biscuits and gravy and oatmeal. Some fruit and yogurt. No meat or eggs. No protein option???? Website said downtown was a 15 minute walk away......power walking on roller skates maybe..... For $400 for ONE night? I realize the prices all over have gone way up but we spent last weekend in a bed and breakfast for the same amount of money and that included dinner and breakfast that were 5 star!!! My name is Luci and I have stayed at this hotel in Tulsa many many many different times in the summer time for your pool and restaurants for my own leisure, never ever had any problems. This last visit was 6/9/23 & 6/10/23 and I think you guys need to be aware what's going on your property, I have never been so disappointed, enough to I may never return but felt I needed to express how I feel when I generally am NOT a complainer. First check in, I had a reservation scheduled since 3/1/2023 (MARCH) and couldn't find much saying "patio room" so I made my reservation on line and called into the Hotel and a nice lady state to be sure and put in comments/notes that I'm requesting a patio room w/a big bday party scheduled too, so I did that. When I checked in 2 ladies told me all the patio rooms were already booked and the hotel was booked completely for the night of Friday 6/9, I explained I called in March and the lady advised me to note my reservation about the patio room and those ladies didn't really know what to do so they got the manager to help me after trying to say patio room are not guaranteed and they don't read those notes anyway. Although the manager was nice and eventually gave me 15% off my stay for not getting a patio room w/my group of friends, a lot more happened in my 2 day stay after that, that was more upsetting. I get to the pool waiting on my others all to come and first thing lady from the pool bar says where's your bracelet so I lifted my arm (honestly look before asking anyone anything) and she just walked off. 2ndly she went to a group of people in the pool asking for arm bands and they all had them and told her they had been there all week swimming, buying their food & alcohol and what was the problem. Employee begins to say I am allowed to check your bags too, and the group was like go ahead we have nothing to hide so she walked off mad. What the h*ll, why treat your already paying customers that way so that group was p*ssed, I didn't know them, just watched it all happen in front of me. I understand people in the past have taken advantage of the pool & hot tub and not have a booked rooms but to harass your already paying customers is NOT THE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE!!!!! So pretty much the rest of the day your employees walked around harassing everyone and that was annoying as heck since I am a paying legit customer. But my real big problem is when I took my mother and my room mate with her mother (talking about 2 elderly people here) the service was so bad and rude I almost lost it but decided to keep my mouth shut and write this long letter. We went to the Thunder Bar & Grill and the hostess asked if a table was okay, my friend said can we have a booth please, and the hostess said no we can't accommodate that right now...so why did she even ask? So we are at a table and all the booths are getting filled up after us so we were confused but continued on. Waitress seemed to be taking care of the entire restaurant while manager stayed up front with the annoying hostess talking away. My friends elderly mom asked our waitress what kind of salad dressing did you guys carry and she responds what do you like we have lot's of different ones very hateful. Same waitress was holding a bunch of drinks so that elderly mom was trying to help her and the waitress says just give me a minute very short and hateful. I'm over there trying to keep my composure and the manager happened to just walk by when we asked for him to stop to us, this manager, a man literally walked past us ignoring us 100% and we was SHOCKED!!!!!!!!! The same hostess seen that whole entire transaction and ran quickly over to us saying he is the manager he does NOT help with tables, I'm sure he was heading somewhere and not ignoring you guys though. Um obviously he was ignoring us or she would have never told us all that. I noticed her tone and asked her was she getting smart with us, her tone calmed down and she went back up front. Um my mom is 79years old and my friends mom is 67yrs old, I have never seen so much disrespect for our elderlies in my life at a restaurant. That whole restaurant needs to be retrained or something because you can NOT have people talking & ignoring people like that, let alone elderly "paying people". Both moms loved the food and our company with them but agreed that restaurant was extremely rude, kind of embarrassing for me and my friend honestly. The service on this last visit was completely different than normal and employees were just plain right out rude, I get people cause a lot of problems, but I was given problems when there shouldn't have been ANY, especially since I was a paying customer! It's a smaller facility and while they do have entertainment, it's not the same level of artist and you'd get in Las Vegas or even Branson. But that's okay. This is Oklahoma and so here we are. I found a few of the cheap slots and turned my $5 into a ticket and then into a bunch of blinking lights and sound. Nothing spectacular. I wasn't expecting to go home a millionaire or even to go home with my original $5. A good bit of cigarette smoke kept me moving around the gaming floor to avoid it.
