First of all they told me a price to do my taxes, then when I came back…read moreto pick them up 2 1/2 weeks later (someone had to review them before they were sent in) the price was 40$ more. They told me it would be a few days and then someone would call so I could pick them up, it took someone 2 1/2 weeks to look over my simple tax returns. Then I realized I never received my state return...and I check online with the state and it says it was never filed (this was today April 14th). So I called them and they said my state was rejected, but no one ever called to let me know, and they couldn't figure out why it was rejected! This place is a joke and no one seems organized or knows what to do or how to do it. My parents and another family member was not satisfied with them as well. I recommend not going here, pay extra to get them done right!!!!! Or do them yourself!!!!! I gave them one star only because I did mine online before I went to double check, and they had all the right numbers, but I couldn't file myself online because of a first time through IL filing, they don't allow e-file.
