I dropped off my taxes to be done and was waiting for a phone call. I called to check the status of my return and I got sarcasm and attitude. She put me on hold, or so she thought and was swearing about me and "losing her mind". Once she realized I wasn't on hold, she hung up on me. I called back and I was told if I didnt like what she was saying I could come pick up my stuff and hung up on me again. I did nothing to provoke this and did not deserve to be treated like this. I then called and asked if Jacqui Wagner could please call me and she never responded. She obviously doesn't care the way her employees treat their clients! Jacqui does have a nice person answering phones and questions. I feel sorry for her! If you want to be treated with some common decency, I would not go this office!
