What is so amazing is that 29 years ago, my wife had just given birth, and we contacted them once again on the 4th of July; however, that time our air condition unit went out. If you live in Florida, you already know how hot a home will get without any AC. This company sent a technician out and saw that we had a newborn and was determined not to leave until he had us up and running again. That repair even had the technician in our attic which had to be over 100 degrees at the time and yet, he was not deterred in anyway. What I know about Perdido Heating and Air is that they are a company that CARES about their community and even willing to take time away from their own families on weekends and holidays or in this latest incident, both to ensure those of us in need are helped. I gave a rating of 5 stars, but my family would give them 100 stars if allowed because this kind of service is RARE these days dare, I say almost non-existent.
