After the technician followed alternate directions from a telephone help center, I was notified they weren't going to honor the warranty and charged me $179.00. The WiFi module disconnected from my home WiFi less than 48 hours later. Mobilelink know their modules are generally defective, but Generac doesn't honor their warranty for parts or labor. Gulf Shores Electrical should have specified that nothing was covered and they were going to charge me for something that wouldn't last two days. Caveat Emptor when you call them.

For a one truck guy, he has earned more 5-star ratings on Google that contractors that have a dozen trucks. When my wife and I first bought our home, after moving from Marietta, GA, we had no one to trust to inspect the electrical and make suggestions for cost-effective upgrades. McCord Electric showed us several options. We were not familiar with LED lighting. Marty took a lot of his time to explain the new fixtures and the pros and cons of each. This rating service has a poor reputation. I always check Google ratings for more up to date references. For instance, my comments always show here because I have been providing feedback, positive and negative, for ten years. There could be one hundred good recommendations by 100 legit people on here and the service will not allow them to show. So even is the complaint were legit, it is not fair to hide the 99 that liked someone's work.

There were no responses to any questions after the initial message as to what was included in the quote. Stayed home all morning and they never showed up. No call or message as to why the appointment was missed. Ended up canceling at 7:00pm long after the appointment time. Will not be attempting to use them in the future.
