Used the Yelp project feature to schedule a consultation/repair of electrical work for 08:00am…read more05/20. Attempted to contact them several times via the Project messenger. There were no responses to any questions after the initial message as to what was included in the quote. Stayed home all morning and they never showed up. No call or message as to why the appointment was missed. Ended up canceling at 7:00pm long after the appointment time. Will not be attempting to use them in the future. I have screen shots of the attempts to get them to respond and confirm the appointment if interested.

So my overall experience was good with 24/7, I did get an answer after hours and they did have a…read moretech out the next day, the only thing I was a little uneasy about was that the tech was very quick to say my pump was shot and needed a full replacement (however the pump had already gone out twice so I kind of knew it was on its last leg already) however a more in depth look into it would have made me feel better about paying so much for an entire new system. That aside, I did speak to the owner ray that evening and he was a very kind person and very helpful and guaranteed me the techs would be out first thing in the morning to start working in the new pump and they for sure were! Everything seems to be working great now, time will tell for the quality of work but for this far I would recommend
