I called ahead asking IF she had time for "Wash & Fold ,same day service." She said,"Yes." I said I'd be there within a half hour,8:30am. Dropped off dirty laundry. She asked ,"what time do you want to pick up?" I said ,"late afternoon if no time this morning." She said,"How about between 1-2pm?" I hesitated,then she said," how bout if I call you when they are ready?" "Great idea!" She called me in the morning,"they are ready for pick-up." I picked up clothes,which were all in two bags,nicely,neatly,professionally folded! I tipped her well. We got back to our hotel,and clothes were folded and as soft as "the back-side of a pillow!" Several machines were out of order, which made it even more frustrating trying to get laundry done. What really bothered me was that someone came in, collected money from the machines, and left without making any effort to clean or take care of the place. That tells you everything you need to know about how it's being run right now. There was also a ton of pet hair inside multiple machines. I'm allergic to pets, so that was a big issue for me and honestly pretty unacceptable in a shared laundry space. I even ended up picking up some of the garbage myself because it was getting on my nerves. It's a shame because I used to come here years ago, and it was a completely different place--clean, well-maintained, and you could tell the owners actually cared. Now it feels abandoned. Honestly, it's no surprise to see it up for sale. I won't be coming back. I'll be finding somewhere else to do my laundry.
