As a customer, I have noticed what appears to be a decline in the overall atmosphere and operation of the store. In addition, I have heard concerns from multiple employees who have stated that certain managers are not held accountable for misconduct and that disciplinary issues are not addressed consistently among them. THE MOST CONCERNING ALLEGATION I HAVE HEARD IS THAT THE STORE MANAGER ALLEGEDLY FOLLOWED A FEMALE VENDOR INTO THE RESTROOM. I was also told that this vendor is no longer working at the store. I was not a witness to this incident and cannot verify whether it occurred. However, because of the seriousness of the allegation and the consistency of the concerns among employees I have heard, I believe it should be reviewed to determine whether any inappropriate conduct took place. Although the whole crew was having their morning meeting, as I was browsing a gentleman approached me to let me know he was there to help. Again, super friendly and very helpful. After getting my screen cover I went back to Automotive and they were already getting ready to pull my vehicle out. The Tech who had worked on the vehicle came out to let me know what he found. I was also informed that even though they re-checked my pressures and re-set the sensors, they would not be charging me as they still just considered it a simple TPMS Service. Awesome service from a team of professionals.

We were here Sunday morning at 9:30AM and the produce was fresh and not picked over. Check Out was quick and easy and they had enough cashiers if you do not want to do self check out.
