As a customer, I have noticed what appears to be a decline in the overall atmosphere and operation of the store. In addition, I have heard concerns from multiple employees who have stated that certain managers are not held accountable for misconduct and that disciplinary issues are not addressed consistently among them. THE MOST CONCERNING ALLEGATION I HAVE HEARD IS THAT THE STORE MANAGER ALLEGEDLY FOLLOWED A FEMALE VENDOR INTO THE RESTROOM. I was also told that this vendor is no longer working at the store. I was not a witness to this incident and cannot verify whether it occurred. However, because of the seriousness of the allegation and the consistency of the concerns among employees I have heard, I believe it should be reviewed to determine whether any inappropriate conduct took place. I understand that I did not witness anything personally but if multiple employees say the same thing I think investigation needs done. I wanted to bring these concerns to everyone's attention so they can be evaluated appropriately. As a loyal customer, I hope King Soopers takes notice of this to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for employees, vendors, and customers alike.

Went to Walmart for an oil change today after I couldn't get to Les Schwab the back way due to the…read moreroad being closed for construction. I pulled into the auto care center at Walmart and saw a few cars in front of me. We sat in the car for at least 45 minutes before I decided to use the bathroom. After I came out I was relieved to see the line move significantly so pulled my car up front. Then an employee told me to move back to move cars that were AFTER ME to the front. Umm, hello I was there first?!? Then after talking to my dad he informed me we needed to take a ticket and another woman with a scowl on her face rudely told me it would be two hours. Yikes. Talk about non communication. Don't know why anyone would do business with Walmart. Found the right way to get to Les Schwab and went there instead. Thanks!

She works very hard as a customer service manager and has been very helpful. Jerry is a great guy and always treats everyone with respect. I always say hi to him and give him a fist bump when saying "see you later!" Great selection throughout the whole store although I wish they had a little more selection in the frozen department. Deli is great and love the fresh salads they make with salmon and chicken! They even have a wing bar where you can pick out what you want and I always get the General Tso's chicken. At the service desk lines get worked through quickly and efficiently to buy lottery tickets, do money orders, returns or anything else you need. There is even a self service lottery machine where you can get your own jackpot tickets and scratch tickets. You can validate any win up to $100 and add it to the machine to buy more scratch tickets. Crystal at the service desk is very friendly and I always make sure to say hi and ask how she is doing. At Starbucks Emily and Asianna are very friendly and I appreciate their good customer service.
