We went with My Wedding Fairies as our day-of coordinators for our wedding in June and we are very satisfied with them! Cynthia and Amanda were absolutely incredible to work with, and we can't recommend them highly enough. From the start, they knew our venue (Rengstorff House) inside and out, which made planning and walkthroughs smooth and stress-free. They helped us put together a detailed timeline, down to the minute, for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and they guided us through the rehearsal with confidence, making sure everyone knew their role. They put together a useful timeline document and had all our vendor information for coordinating on the big day. On the day itself, they handled everything with all of our vendors, getting them to the right place and making sure they had everything they needed. Cynthia and Amanda managed setup and placed the decorations we ordered, and kept everything moving without us ever feeling rushed. When a last-minute hiccup came up with ice (at first we didn't have enough ice for our drinks and cooling needs), they handled it quickly and quietly so we never had to stress - we didn't even know there was a hiccup until it was all over. Right before the ceremony they took a moment to reassure us, and helped move us around through the venue so we wouldn't see each other before our first look. TEN STARS FOR MY WEDDING FAIRIES! I am sooooo happy that my friend recommended that I book Amanda and Cynthia to be my wedding day coordinators for my wedding on May 19th. I was looking for wedding day coordinators to ensure that my decor was set up and perfected, a main contact for my vendors the day before and day of the wedding, ensure that the day was running smoothly, everyone was on schedule and to be the one who would answer questions as well as be the point person if anything had gone wrong. I have put so much work creating the wedding of my dreams, so the day of the event I wanted to just relax and enjoy my wedding. Amanda and Cynthia exceeded my expectations and did above and beyond a phenomenal job! A month leading up to the wedding we would have multiple phone calls to make sure that we were all on the same page and they knew my expectations. Amanda and Cynthia also met with me at the venue where I went through in detail with them my decor ideas and what the game plan was for the big day. They took notes, asked a lot of questions, and made sure that they understood my vision. All they want to do is it make you happy and did everything in their power to make that happen. The morning of they texted me asking how I was feeling, did I have any doubts and where my concerns were. They assured me that they have everything under control, to not worry and to enjoy my big day! The day of the wedding they unpacked all my supplies & decor, decorated my whole venue, and told the vendors where they had to go and set up while I was able to enjoy my time with my wedding party and getting pretty. There were a few things that went wrong, for example, the florist did not deliver the agreed on amount of flowers that where ordered. I ordered an entrance arrangement to go in front of the venue and they florist did not bring anything for the front. Amanda and Cynthia were quick to think and placed a vase with my bouquet toss. I am so thankful that they were quick thinkers and were able to fix the problem rather than just leaving an empty wine barrel in front of the venue. Amanda & Cynthia warmly greeted my guests and would direct everyone where they had to go. They were the best hosts and treated my wedding as if it was their own. Amanda has been recently married herself so she knows how us brides feel and can quickly become bridezillas if things don't go as planned. My DJ & MC were so happy working with Amanda & Cynthia. They said that the Wedding Fairies did an amazing job and it was so easy to work with them. They were in constant communication and contact with the DJ & MC so they knew the schedule and if we were on schedule or late. Everyone was on the same page which made it a smooth and easy day! In some ways it had similar aspects to planning a wedding, but it was very different in other ways, and Amanda and Cynthia rolled with all of it!
