If that's not bad service, I don't know what is. She's still missing, cold and hungry, and will likely die because nobody is out trying to catch her. I found a cat I liked and asked about him. I was told he needed to see vet first. I thought ok, then asked when he will be available. In a few days was the best I could get out if her. I then asked to adopt him now and pay all necessary fees etc. and I would pick him up when ready. I was told no. First come first served she replied in an imperious manner. I said I am first why can't I arrange adoption now. I could tell she just wanted to get rid of me and just said "NO!!!" And dismissed me. I asked.if I could be called or emailed when he is available. Again a big fat NO. Just look on our site. Firstly, why can't a pet be adopted prior to vet procedure, if the applicant is willing to wait and pay all fees ahead if time? Secondly, they need to find a more courteous person to deal with the public. These animals are not her personal property and she is not god.
