I've had a few pharmacist who are either slow of look at like you as a criminal because of 2 out of my prescriptions. Despite the other 12 that are a result of 2 strokes, a heart cath and a sever head injures that have let to moderate cognitive decline. I want to sat think you to these very kind people ! Last week I stood in line inside to get a prescription. I was first in line (someone at the counter) and waited 35 minutes while staff tried to work out that person's insurance issue. At one point they had 3 staff looking at the computer. Instead of pulling her aside to the consult window they ignored the line that disappeared around the corner. When I was finally seen the prescription that had been sent at 10am (an inhaler and z-pack) still wasn't ready (it was 6pm). Now I'm in the drive through line. I have been here for a full hour. I've been sitting AT THE WINDOW for 10 minutes. No one has even looked in my direction. Yesterday I came to pick up this prescription and the pharmacy was just randomly closed, without explanation, on a Tuesday. Update: At the window without acknowledgment of any sort for 12:00. It would have continued but I laid on the horn when I realized I'd been sitting in line so long I WAS STARTING TO BLEED THROUGH MY TAMPON! The irony of the sign on their window asking their staff to be treated with kindness and respect and they're making us sit for an hour in our own blood... The app makes me give a star, but if I could give zero stars, I would!

I say I cant wait till Monday this is an emergency I take it right away, Again with a nasty very unprofessional attitude this person comes back with~oh well like I said u can get it Monday. Well where the heck else can I get it. Again she response was unprofessional~Monday it will be here. click. I ended up going to the Emergency pharmacy which also waited a long time getting the script from her. That I had to call again to tell them this is crucial for me. Please send the script to the er pharmacy!! Shame on her. From 9:30 till 11;30 is unacceptable.
