My friend dragged me into Coach.. the only store in this outlet mall that were full of people on a rainy weekday while others were empty... She made me look at every single bag and ask me which one I like... not because she was going to get one for me... So my mom and I tried on several sneakers and slides, they were all super cute and were all on sale, for such amazing prices. I was so excited when I saw the prices! My mom is a Gucci fan, but me I never usually buy from here because I don't really buy high end but the sale items, were right up my alley and I was so happy. Lunide worked with us for maybe 30 minutes I want to say because like I said the store was PACKED and she was busy. But she was patient and handled business like a BOSS. She was so great my mom ended up buying a pair of sneakers and 2 slides and I ended up buying 2 pairs of slides! I just want to acknowledge how amazing she was. That day I went into MK first and they treated me different but when I walked into Gucci I was treated with RESPECT and I appreciate that and they got money out of me and my mom, win-win all around. She was responsive, sent pictures, and was patient with me when I failed to be as responsive as she was. I let her know I was looking for a bubblegum pink small Marmont and to let me know if and when her store ever got it. Within a week and a half, I got a phone call from an area code I didn't realize. I thought it was another car warranty call and was prepared to decline, but something told me to answer. I answered and it was Amanda! She let me know the mini version of the purse I wanted was in stock. I was shocked that she called me! Outlet SAs are incredibly busy, so I am so thankful that she remembered AND reached out! One daughter came to me to show me these magnetic beads and my other daughter at the same time brought me a magnetic bracelet and we all looked at each other intrigued with the possibilities. We asked Lydia the owner about the bracelet and offered for us to make it in the store. Lydia took both girls ages 8 & 9 years old thru the steps and the girls spent an hour and a half or a little more figuring out the beads they wanted to use, pattern and colors and actually beading the wire. Lydia was great. Very passionate and knowledgeable. Overall we were there over 2 hours between walking the store and picking and making our bracelets. Now fast forward and we just celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday and all 14 girls enjoyed themselves. They can't wait to go to school and show off their bracelets! Lydia and her assistant Lynn were great. Overall it went well and the parents were raving at the quality and beauty of the girls bracelets. We will be back to learn how to make other bracelet styles.
