They recently started a drive up return option, which I used for the first time the other day, which was awesome - no waiting in line or having to get out of your car, just start the return on the app, an employee comes out to get it from you, scans the return, sends a receipt, and sends you on your way.

As soon as I walked in, I wondered why it had taken me so long to check it out. Located in an old warehouse, CMI doesn't have that warehouse feel. A good size room, filled with hand-braided rugs and baskets, the place is cheerful and inspiring. Even though I wasn't looking to buy anything, I just couldn't resist purchasing a Pawtucket rug (made from scraps of fabric) and a basket (perfect for storing those odds and ends). The staff were friendly and helped with moving rugs, giving the background to how they are made, and helping to roll them up for take away. While I was there during a huge sale, it seems that even the normal prices are pretty reasonable, as it was, I got a full area rug for less money that my IKEA rug cost me. One of my favorite haunts to shop is Williams Sonoma and still one of my places to shop! I have seen this place mobbed with shoppers and I have seen this place struggle at certain times but in all it has been a big draw for shoppers with plenty of parking! The massive food court has always interested me to sit and grab food while I take a rest to shop again! What really peaked my interest in the Mall was in 2024 while home I watched a documentary called SECRET MALL APARTMENT on Cable which was a true to life story of 8 Rhode Island Artists who actually built a 750 square foot Apartment hidden in the hidden spaces of the Mall! In 2003 and supposedly lived undetected and unnoticed by anyone for about 4 years! It was fascinating to see in the movie the amount of furniture and items they got past security or anyone ! To think I was there shopping and had no idea this was happening under my nose while in the mall! So, since the discovery of said Apartment This Mall has been something of a surprise and I will continue to enjoy my shopping experience here always! I hope that all the stores get lots of foot traffic to continue being a staple to the Mall!

The employees tend to hover over you so closely that it can feel like you're being watched as if you're stealing. I understand wanting to prevent theft, but if that level of monitoring is necessary, I'd rather see the self-checkout closed and another traditional register opened. Specifically the toilet stalls! The last two times I've used the men's bathroom here, the toilets were not clean and the bowl was covered and full of shit. Idk what type of demonic individual is coming to Target and destroying their toilet with Taco Bell, but can you STOP??!!! Tonight was even worse! The first stall had a nasty concoction of bowel discharge, used paper, and sewage water. Thank the heavens I couldn't smell it. It would NOT flush and I had to go BAD! The next stall wasn't much better, but I didn't have a choice. There was poo poo splatter on the toilet seat. (Don't worry I didn't put my whole ass on the seat. I don't want E. coli or hepatitis.) After I did my business... THAT TOILET DIDN'T FLUSH EITHER! What type of unholy toiletry nonsense is this???!! Is Target's bathroom the new place to unleash bumhole hell these days??? Both toilets are out of commission. I had to alert an employee of this tragedy and they fully understood as if this is the norm here. I'm surprised the whole store doesn't reek of a waste processing plant with how much suffrage these poor potties go through!
