A few days ago, me and my sister went in this specific store and automatically the employees probably thought we were going to steal, which is such bad behavior. Just because some people steal doesn't mean that you have to track down every single person and expect them that they're gonna steal. Every single aisle we were in these two girl employees kept on walking past us so many times eyeing us down. Nobody wants to steal from your store anyways just because some teen girls wanna go shopping doesn't mean that they're automatically gonna steal everything. GROW UP . I don't know their names, but I know one of them has glasses and dark brunette hair.

As soon as I walked in, I wondered why it had taken me so long to check it out. Located in an old warehouse, CMI doesn't have that warehouse feel. A good size room, filled with hand-braided rugs and baskets, the place is cheerful and inspiring. Even though I wasn't looking to buy anything, I just couldn't resist purchasing a Pawtucket rug (made from scraps of fabric) and a basket (perfect for storing those odds and ends). The staff were friendly and helped with moving rugs, giving the background to how they are made, and helping to roll them up for take away. While I was there during a huge sale, it seems that even the normal prices are pretty reasonable, as it was, I got a full area rug for less money that my IKEA rug cost me. And it is more beautiful, better made, and local. S This place has been there for 20 years, and is still a hidden gem.

Employees are not the happiest here and most of the shoppers too. It's a weird alternate reality of low vibrational energy when I step foot in here, so I try not to unless needed. The good: they keep it well stocked and organized. It's Walmart so they have everything, I don't have a hard time finding what I need. What I want to give kudos for is the in app pickup team: they are quick, efficient and I haven't had to wait long for my pickup orders. Other locations like N.Smithfield SUCK for app pickup timing. This Walmart location doesn't keep you waiting. It's almost worth the weaving about you have to do thru the parking lot w/the lunatic drivers lol.

Then I asked if I could pay with cash and she said ok, I put my money on the thing hoping she would take it and I counted it before I put it up. She then said I was $30 short I told her I was not and she insisted I was until I had her give me my money back and counted it myself in front of her out loud until she finally rung me out. Theres usually a line, as to be expected, but the last few times I've gone it's been slower & less careful. I had bought 2 decorations today that weren't wrapped and both got scratched in transit due to that.. for a store where most things arent duplicates this is disheartening. Ill be sure to specifically request my items be wrapped moving forward. In the past the cashier always just did it.

The store was very clean and like most Target stores, very bright and well organized.
