It is super refreshing to find a business that takes so much pride in their work and equally with their treatment of customers. I called Mario because the first round of ceramic we did on our vehicle at a different location/business left me underwhelmed. I also wanted to get our car super clean before winter. Mario walked me through pricing and pointed us towards a teflon coating (I believe it was the Icon Rocklear). I had not heard of teflon whatsoever and when I asked around about it, neither had any friends of mine. During the application process, Mario even texted pictures of the progress. Now after having it applied, I am 100% sold. The Rivian looks better than it did brand new and I feel way more confident with harsh mountain driving knowing it's well protected.
