On Tuesday 1:00 when they schedule the appt mashburn never showed. I called them and was told they are running behind and could not come out until the following day. So i had to cancel my dr appt for the following day to wait for them. They come out finally and said we would have an estimate in 2 days. Today i receive a text saying we can't do your project. No reason no phone call to apologize for wasting your time nothing just a simple text. "This is Mike with Mashburn. I regret to inform that we cannot do the project for you. If you have any questions feel free to reach out." What an unprofessional company. My husband is disabled and need this done for mobility reason and they have delayed Us for 3 weeks now

I had some unusual requests that Mike was able to quickly and effectively trouble shoot. On this occasion I brought them my Mantis Tiller. Hard to start was the problem. For a low fee he checked out the unit and found a bad ground wire, carb adjustments and a new spark plug. Runs great. Took the 21" Toro Recycler in when I picked up the Mantis. So glad to have found Bill and Rose. I didn't say anything and stayed composed, and I ask for the clam # I just did understand why no one informed me after 6 weeks that that's what Ryobi was doing.. I feel that my product was never looked at they just told the company (Ryobi) that.. They have so many customers they are overwhelmed and are very disorganized.. The day we drop off there was a ELDERLY man in there picking up his tool and they couldn't fine it, that was Our first sign.. The second one was when Rose said they had over 150 clients tools they were look at.. We unfortunately will not be back.. I give a * for poor customer service..
