After two and a…read morehalf months of waiting (I was told a week) they ran out of lies and excuses and just cancelled my order instead of making things right. At the two month point I received the floor truss package. Out of a 3,000 square feet floor plan, there 10 floor trusses missing, 8 were too long, and two were sagging. When I called to tell them about the problems, they called me a liar. After framing in the missing wall trusses and adding a wall that we were not intending, they called and said they found my trusses in their lay down yard because the truck "forgot to pick them up". When I explained how we installed the framing which was supported by wall, they told me they would not be liable for the trusses that I would have to remove the framing. Since the house was already framed, we had to tear down two exterior walls, two interior walls, pull up the sub floor, and install the trusses after the house was framed. Still not having the roof trusses, I call to talk to one of the owners (Charlie). At the beginning of the first phone call he was very apologetic and admitted fault. He agreed it was a total disaster. By the end of the first phone call he said he would call me the next morning because he did not have any answers for me. The next afternoon I had to call him, as I never received a phone call. When I called him he told me he canceled my order. He gave me several excuses about his employees only work about 10% of the time due to "personal issues" and the company was having lots of problems. When I complain further, he told me, "at this point we should let our lawyers handle it". Worst experience ever.
