Started out good. Be aware. Was invoiced for something…read morethat wasn't done. Something that was done wasn't on invoice. Another item half asz done. Wanted full payment on item that wasn't completed. Dug 2" trench for a 4" pipe & didn't bring pipe. Brand new trailer was empty so their was room for it. Passed at least 2 hardware stores on way to job. = No plans to lay drain pipe but asked for full payment. Not. I should not have gave any. Way too many days went by of no communication as to when coming back. Two times reached out to correct invoice & show paid in full. Both times, she'll get on that right away. Never did. He said she said a message was left. No voicemail from him. They offered to return. I said thanks but no thanks. He was hard at working. Fast & ready to leave with the cash. Wasn't a full days work.

He said that he would be to our house at 8:00, but didn't show up until 11:15. After 10 minutes, he left, saying that he had to go get some tools. 30 minutes later he sent a text, saying that it was now going to be $1200. I think this is a prime example of the classic bait and switch. Needless to say we won't be going with this poor example a business.

The owner me gave a 'too good to be true' estimate for a complete bath remodel. He seemed nice…read moreenough and we decided to go with his company. We did our part by tearing out walls, relocating wiring and building new walls. He let us know he would start last Friday. Then he canceled. He let me know early yesterday evening that he was going to start this morning. I busted my butt finishing what I could of the sheetrock work and pulled everything out of master bath in preparation. Then, minutes before he was to start today, he canceled again. I'm retired military and granted, I can be an ass, but if you can't even keep your start date, how many times are you going to miss a day and let this drag out for weeks? After listening to me vent, he promised to be here in the morning. Then around lunch, he texted to tell me he didn't want to do the job. I would think twice before deciding to hire this company based upon my experience, but you may have a completely different outcome.
