On the day of the job, Rudy and Marlin worked tirelessly for 3 1/2 hours and got a tremendous amount done - trimming multiple hedges and bushes, cutting back an almost dead lilac, power washing the patio (it looks as good as it did 15 years ago when it was installed), cleaning moss, etc. off the garage roof (hadn't been cleaned since I got the house 30+ years ago), cutting up and removing a fallen branch, and power washing a basketball backboard that I wasn't even sure could be reached. By the time I had noticed this there was a significant pile of snow deposited on my section of the sidewalk. I went to go talk to them and asked them to deposit the snow on the strip between the road and the sidewalk (which is what everyone else in the neighborhood does) and remove the pile they had created on my portion of the sidewalk. The worker became argumentative and combative, ignored my request and ended up driving off shortly after. I tried to call, message, and email the company to resolve the issue. All to no avail. One thing to note is it is illegal to remove snow and place it on someone else's property or public way.

Orli missed my call but called back within half an hour. He was easy to work with, he showed up early for our appointment, he wore a mask, and he had a written quote to me within 48 hours. As far as pricing, he was very competitive vs the company we went with, priced about the same on some items and as much as 20% cheaper on others. I would have no hesitancy using him in the future.
