From the start, it was clear that Jon is more than just a landscaper. He took an active role in all aspects of this project beginning with the sewer line. He was present when All Drain came to scope the sewer line so he could understand what part of the line was compromised. He actually identified that the problem was bigger than the sewer line, and involved a significantly leaking water line. He then helped coordinate the excavation and replacement of the sewer and water lines with a sub-contractor that he respected- Joe Vara. We felt so taken care of - Jon and Joe were making sure everything was done correctly. They were both accessible, great communicators, smart, with a really great work ethic. Overall, Jon has been incredible to work with. While this review is not about the landscaping (I'll update after the work is done) I've been so impressed with Jon that I felt I should share my experience. Gleison, one of the owners, came out the next day to take a look at the property and give a free consultation during which he was very nice, helpful and clearly passionate about his craft. His crew did the work the day after with Gleison working alongside. They were efficient, professional and did quality work in just a few hours cleaning up the entire front and backyard of pine needles and leaves and then mowing, aerating and seeding at a very reasonable price. They even quoted a gutter cleanup at 2x less than what I paid in the past. I will continue to use Mow and Grow in the future.

Some items are grown on the farm some sourced from other farms and some just regular grocery items that you would find at any generic supermarket. The vegetables that were grown on this farm were all marked and were fabulous but they were very far and few between. they were selling some local farms goods which increased the options of locally grown. I did like the bread section some locally made in some generic.. they also have foods that are prepackaged. I like the items that were made at the farm. The others were just overpriced generic items. all in all I'd say about 40 to 50% is grown and produced, the rest are just basic generic grocery items with a higher price on them. The space is fabulous very refreshing and comfortable to walk around. the staff always seems nice, polite, and willing to answer questions. I definitely suggest that you stop in as it is a great place to shop. as for parking, they have a huge private parking lot and space outside to sit. They also have greenhouse plants for sale.

I'm so pleased with his professionalism and follow through. He is a supplier who does what he says he is going to do thoroughly, without cutting corners, and his price is more competitive than anyone I interviewed. I was afraid that because I had paid less I might be losing out on value. Instead I got first rate service at a steal. Erick knows gardens and even though I tried to pay him extra for a small additional project, he said, "I'll take your money if you really want to do the other project, but you don't need to waste your money." Most importantly he was right. He is a trustworthy, honest person who is building a business that provides excellent landscaping services to his customers.

I needed help unpacking a POD I had shipped from California. Doing a cross-country move is stressful enough, and after purging about 50% of everything I owned, I simply did not have mental fortitude to unpack it once it got here. I think it sat in my driveway for a few months before I finally got serious and called Cindi. Cindi was amazing! She is cheerful, helpful, a great motivator, and excellent at her job. While we were unpacking, she was busy putting all my clothes on new velvet hangers, and organizing them! We had to schlep furniture (including antiques) from the POD to virtually everywhere in my house, including the cellar. She was a champ. Frankly, I was impressed we were both able to do it. She had great ideas about where to put things, based on what I was planning to do with them. She tried to help me make as many decisions as I could while we were at it, so that I wouldn't end up with everything in the cellar, like a giant nightmare. She tried to divert things on the fly -- to donate, the dump, to friends, the garage, etc, etc. The real kicker was that once we thought we were almost done, there was one metal cabinet in the back of the POD, which we thought was empty. Once we opened it, our joy turned to horror. IT WAS FULL OF STUFF! Unloading that stupid cabinet took us a good amount of time. Cindi never complained, and we got it done. Cindi also helps me with designing and installing planters for each season, and helps me with my window boxes. We also brainstorm my master yard design, and plants to add here and there, and Cindi buys them, and comes over and plants them for me! This month she helped me with a painting project on my back porch. She painted a wall that kept peeling, plus my porch floor, and all my porch furniture! It looks AMAZING. On the day of the job, Rudy and Marlin worked tirelessly for 3 1/2 hours and got a tremendous amount done - trimming multiple hedges and bushes, cutting back an almost dead lilac, power washing the patio (it looks as good as it did 15 years ago when it was installed), cleaning moss, etc. off the garage roof (hadn't been cleaned since I got the house 30+ years ago), cutting up and removing a fallen branch, and power washing a basketball backboard that I wasn't even sure could be reached.
