So at 5pm when I get into my car, it just would not start. All my dashboard lights are lit up & even my key fob did not work. I called Geico & they sent a tow truck to my office. Geico said it would be over an hour until they can come to my location. I was totally surprised & ecstatic when the tow truck showed up not even forty minutes later. The driver was very nice. He tried a few different things to try to start my car but nothing worked. He knew I needed to get to the dealership before their service department closes, so he waited to write up his paperwork until we got there. And then at the dealership he took it upon himself to explain to the Service Advisor what he did to try to start the car & what he thought the problem could be. The driver was professional, knowledgeable & super nice. Being I am not the most graceful person in the world & I am only 5'3, getting in & out of this humungiously (is that even a word?) high truck was truly comical. Although the driver did everything he could to assist me, bottom line is I am a klutz. :) I would highly recommend City Towing if you breakdown & are in the Boca area.
