When I arrived, a nurse came in the room and apologized - saying Dr. Morgan doesnt prescribe testosterone and the receptionist who booked me was new and made a mistake. Fine, waste of my time, whatever. Then they billed both my insurance company and myself for the visit!!!!! I called to get it reversed and got the run around - I called 4 times, conversed with them through MyChart 2 times, and they would not budge - insisting that they had provided me a service - what service? They totally wasted my time. The fact that they had the nerve to bill me, and wouldnt adjust it after many complaints is shocking! My final phone call, I told them I would like to discuss this directly with Dr. Morgan. They said they would have her call me - and of course, she never did. JUST SHAMEFUL AND GREEDY!

It's always daunting to leave the house (especially in the winter!) with a newborn, but we had to bring her in on days 3, 5, 7, and 9 of life because she was having a little trouble gaining weight. The staff made it so much easier on us. I love that you don't wait in a waiting room... when you get there for your appointment they take you straight back. This made me feel so much better about gross winter germs. Everyone has treated my baby girl with so much care, and each time we go in, we have all of our questions answered and more. Dr. Koenig is extremely knowledgeable, but so are all of the nurses on staff. When my daughter was keeping us up every other hour at night, they told us to try waking her up to feed her during the day in hopes that she'd stay a little more full at night. She's now sleeping 10-11 hours straight at night! It was amazing advice. When you call for medical advice, they call right back and are so helpful. A couple of times I felt silly calling with smaller questions, but they were always so reassuring and positive. As a new mom, it feels so wonderful to hear someone tell you that you're doing a great job. Bonus: they have Saturday hours! I'm so happy to have Dr. Koenig and the rest of his staff.
