I narrowed it down to 3 shops and chose Glamour Auto Body Repair based on their reviews. I called on a Friday & spoke to Nick. Brought my car in that same day for an inspection & quote with Nick & the quote was lower than my insurance deductible. Was told that the repair would take 2-3 days. Dropped off my car yesterday morning and received a call today mid morning that my car would be ready by lunch. I was expecting it to be ready closer to the 3 day mark so this was a pleasant surprise. When I went to pick up my car the cost was still the same as the quote I was given. Both Daniel's (the manager & technician) were there during my pick and was very friendly. When I tell you my car is super squeaky clean! They did more than just fix the back bumper damage that I brought my car in for. The front of my hood had some wear & tear marks and they are completely unnoticeable now, thank you! My car looks brand new and clean inside and out, and vacuumed. Thank you so much to the entire Glamour staff for a wonderful first experience. It's not easy finding good auto body shops that have everything: great customer service, fair price, reasonable turn around time, and good workmanship but this shop has it all. I was more impressed with Daniel every time we spoke/emailed. Excellent customer service! We have a family member who owns a body shop and his 'friends and family discount' estimate was more than Daniel's. It wasn't just the price that sold us, but Daniel's honesty, assurance, and professionalism sealed the deal. While he had the truck, we asked him to replace the backup camera. He shopped around and got us the best price and even did a lot of re-wiring at no extra charge. They did a fantastic job on all of it. Looks better now than when we bought it! I would recommend Glamour to anyone.

Their insurance company was not easy to deal with. New Generation took over and handled everything from there. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They looked at the truck and pointed out items that were damaged that we didn't even notice. They made sure everything was repaired and replaced properly, covered by the other person's insurance, and they even were able to get it back to us earlier than expected! While I hope we're not involved in any other automobile accidents, this is who I would return to if we needed repairs.

And even when my insurance wasn't working with me, Troy sat with me and explained every step of what he'd do to fix my car and how much the whole job would cost down to the penny, and then charged me exactly that. He even respected my request to just get a quote on the mechanics damage only for right now, and I can get the aesthetics fixed later. I can not recommend a more honest and caring place to get your car worked on. I dropped my 2019 Audi off early in the afternoon to have my front grill replaced with an upgraded version. Upon arrival Nicholas explained the cost and process to me. I had my son with me and he arranged for them to drive me back home which helped a great deal because I didn't have take a uber. They had my car for about a day Nicholas called me and provided updates as needed and he called me as soon as the car was done. I arrived about 30 minutes later to get my car and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My new grill looks awesome and everyone at Friendship was a pleasure to deal with.
